User Registration Terms and Privacy Policy

I. Confirmation and Acceptance

Before registering as a member of LBTEK Mall, users must carefully read these User Registration Terms and Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), which take effect on May 31, 2024. By completing the registration process, clicking “Agree,” “Accept,” or any similar button, or by otherwise accessing or using any services provided by LBTEK Mall, users indicate that they have reached a binding agreement with LBTEK Mall and voluntarily accept all provisions of these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines that LBTEK Mall may issue or amend from time to time. In particular, users should pay close attention to clauses that exempt or limit liability. All ownership and operational rights to LBTEK Mall, its related products, services, and associated software belong to LBTEK Mall. LBTEK Mall reserves the right to monitor, notify, review, correct, and impose sanctions on any activities conducted on the platform.

II. Service Protection Clauses

The services of LBTEK Mall are available only to Individuals, legal entities, or unincorporated organizations that have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Accordingly, users must be natural persons with full civil capacity, or legal entities or unincorporated organizations that are duly established and validly existing. If a user fails to meet these eligibility requirements, LBTEK Mall reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to refuse or terminate the provision of services to such user. The user shall bear full responsibility for any losses or damages caused to LBTEK Mall or any third party as a result of such non-compliance and shall fully indemnify and compensate accordingly.
Considering the characteristics of the products and services of LBTEK Mall, the user agrees to:

Provide their own equipment, including computers, modems, and other internet-enabled devices, and bear all internet access fees and related communication costs associated with using the service;
Provide detailed and accurate personal information in a timely manner when participating in various activities of LBTEK Mall and when required by LBTEK Mall, including but not limited to name, ID card number, company name, gender, age, communication address, contact phone number, email address, etc.;
If necessary, the user shall complete real-name authentication in accordance with the requirements of LBTEK Mall and relevant laws and regulations;
Update the registration information in real time to meet the requirements of timeliness, detail, and accuracy.

By registering an account with LBTEK Mall or otherwise using its services, users expressly consent to receiving various informational and marketing communications from LBTEK Mall, including but not limited to order updates, promotional offers, commercial advertisements, and information about LBTEK Mall's partners. These communications may be delivered in formats such as text, images, photographs, audio, or video, through channels including but not limited to email, SMS, and WeChat. Users may unsubscribe from emails by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails; to opt out of SMS or WeChat messages, users may contact LBTEK Mall's customer service for assistance.
LBTEK Mall provides legal and compliant products and services; however, users shall use the platform at their own discretion and bear all associated risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LBTEK Mall shall not be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the services provided by LBTEK Mall.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly promised by LBTEK Mall, LBTEK Mall makes no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability of the goods provided or their ability to meet users' specific needs or purposes. Users should confirm their own requirements before making a purchase and carefully read the product descriptions.
LBTEK Mall encourages users to purchase products solely for personal use. If a user utilizes LBTEK Mall's services, products, or activities for any commercial purpose, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to take measures including, but not limited to, canceling orders, freezing or closing accounts, and permanently prohibiting registration. The user shall be fully liable for any losses caused to LBTEK Mall and shall compensate accordingly. If the user's conduct constitutes a crime, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant national authorities and seek imposition of administrative or criminal liability.

III. Basic Rules for User Use

Users are hereby expressly reminded that any use of the Internet must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and national policies, including but not limited to the Criminal Law, the National Security Law, and the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Information System Security. Users shall protect national interests and national security, and shall bear full responsibility for all consequences arising from any illegal use of the Internet.
When applying to use the network services provided by LBTEK Mall, users must provide accurate personal information. Users shall promptly update such information in the event of any changes. Users warrant that all information used for registration and provided to LBTEK Mall is their own, true, and valid. If any losses are caused to LBTEK Mall or any third party due to false or invalid information, users shall bear full liability. If LBTEK Mall has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided by a user is incorrect, false, outdated, or incomplete, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to issue inquiries or requests for correction, and to directly delete the relevant information, or suspend or terminate the provision of some or all services to the user. LBTEK Mall shall not be liable for any consequences of such actions, and the user shall bear all direct or indirect costs or expenses arising therefrom.
If a user purchases products from LBTEK Mall for use by their employer or organization, or if payment is made by their employer or organization, the user warrants that they have obtained the necessary consent or authorization from their employer or organization to place orders using their LBTEK Mall account and that they are duly authorized to conduct such purchases. Users shall be solely responsible for any losses caused to LBTEK Mall, their employer or organization, or any third party due to the provision of false information.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, LBTEK Mall has no obligation to verify or investigate users' identity, employment, research team, or any related information. Any order placed through a user's LBTEK Mall account shall be deemed to have been duly authorized by the user, who shall bear full responsibility for payment and any associated liabilities, including compensation for losses.

Users may post information about services or products, comments, and other content on LBTEK Mall, but shall not use LBTEK Mall's services to send or disseminate sensitive information or any information that violates national laws, regulations, or policies. Such prohibited information includes, but is not limited to:

Content that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution;
Content that endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unification;
Content that damages national honor or interests;
Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermines ethnic unity;
Content that undermines national religious policies or promotes cults or feudal superstitions;
Content that spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
Content that disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigates criminal activity;
Content that insults or defames others or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
Content that violates public order or good morals;
Any other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.

In the course of posting information about services or products and using LBTEK Mall's services, users must adhere to the following principles:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China;
Not use the network service system for any illegal purpose; comply with all network protocols, regulations, and procedures related to the services; and not engage in any conduct that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet through LBTEK Mall's network service system;
Not engage in any commercial advertising activities without prior permission from LBTEK Mall; not use any data on LBTEK Mall for commercial purposes, including but not limited to copying, disseminating, or otherwise utilizing materials displayed on LBTEK Mall without LBTEK Mall's prior written consent;
Not register on LBTEK Mall or post comments or other content using false information, impersonating others or entities, or pretending to be staff of other enterprises or institutions; not improperly evaluate other members by fabricating or distorting facts; not use improper means to artificially create or inflate their own credit rating; and not use improper means to artificially create, inflate, or reduce the credit rating of other members;
Not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of LBTEK Mall or any ongoing transactions or activities on the platform; not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on LBTEK Mall's network equipment;
Not use the network services to engage in any conduct that is detrimental to LBTEK Mall or that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties or the public interest.

Users have the right to report violations. If, during the use of LBTEK Mall's services, a user discovers any illegal, non-compliant, infringing, or other conduct that violates these Terms, the user may report it to LBTEK Mall through the designated customer service channels. LBTEK Mall will verify the report and take appropriate measures accordingly. Users warrant that their reports are truthful and impartial and shall respect LBTEK Mall's handling of the reported matters. The reported user may submit a defense through the designated customer service channels, but this shall not prevent LBTEK Mall from taking preliminary measures. If LBTEK Mall accepts the reported user's defense, it will restore the services provided to that user. LBTEK Mall will keep all reports confidential.
If a user violates these Terms or fails to settle payment for their orders, LBTEK Mall reserves the right, depending on the severity of the circumstances, to issue warnings, require correction within a specified period, suspend services, cancel orders, prohibit transactions, close accounts, or permanently ban registration. If such violations cause losses to LBTEK Mall or any third party, LBTEK Mall may pursue all lawful remedies, including litigation and non-litigation measures, to seek compensation. If the user's conduct constitutes a crime, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to notify and cooperate with the relevant national authorities in investigating and handling the matter.

IV. Account, Password, and Registration Information

Upon successful registration, users will receive a dedicated LBTEK Mall account and corresponding password. This account and password serve as the credentials for logging into LBTEK Mall, accessing its services, conducting transactions, completing payments, and utilizing after-sales support. Users are fully responsible for all activities and events occurring under their account. Users may change their password following the provided instructions. If a user detects any unauthorized use of their account or any security vulnerabilities, they must immediately notify LBTEK Mall.
A user's e-mail serves as the unique identifier for their account, and each e-mail may be used to register only one account. If there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that a user has maliciously registered multiple accounts, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to take measures such as canceling orders, freezing, or closing accounts. Users shall be liable for compensating any losses caused to LBTEK Mall as a result.
While using LBTEK Mall's services, users are obligated to safeguard their account and password, and to restrict access by others to their personal computers. Users may not transfer or authorize others to use their LBTEK Mall account or password in any form. If a user's account or password is copied, stolen, hacked, or otherwise compromised, the user shall bear all resulting losses. Any losses caused to LBTEK Mall shall also be borne by the user. Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted and liabilities arising through their personal account on LBTEK Mall.
Users shall not employ any illegal methods, such as testing or deception, to steal other users' account information or to harass others.

V. Privacy Policy

Protecting users' personal privacy is a fundamental policy of LBTEK Mall. Accordingly, unless otherwise provided in these Terms, other platform rules, or required by applicable laws and regulations—or unless LBTEK Mall in good faith believes disclosure is necessary and permissible—LBTEK Mall will not disclose, transfer, rent, or sell any personal information, including transaction records, user lists, or non-public content stored by users through LBTEK Mall's services, to any third party.
The personal information collected by LBTEK Mall includes:

Information necessary to provide better services to users, which LBTEK Mall may collect when users register an account, log in, request customer service, purchase products, or seek returns, exchanges, or repairs. This includes, but is not limited to: name, ID card number, gender, age, mailing address, contact phone number, email address, WeChat/QQ/Alipay account and nickname, avatar, OpenID, company name, position within the company, research team name and position, location information (such as residence or IP address), LBTEK Mall account name, login password, payment details, and device information used for login.
To enhance account security, detect abnormal activity, and deliver personalized browsing and purchasing experiences, LBTEK Mall may collect information such as users' product preferences, price preferences, geographical location, supplier requirements, and logistics needs. LBTEK Mall may also use this information to send relevant commercial advertisements. Users may opt out of receiving such advertisements at any time or unsubscribe via the instructions provided in SMS or email notifications. To improve product and service quality, LBTEK Mall may reference users' personal information when making adjustments, including but not limited to marketing strategies, product offerings, and website features. When users place orders, browse the platform, or use LBTEK Mall's services, LBTEK Mall may collect the following personal information:

A. Optionally saved login passwords for a limited period, as chosen by the user;

B. Device information related to accessing LBTEK Mall, such as device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, GPS location, and other location-enabled sensors;

C. Browser type, telecommunications operator, access date and time, IP address, and similar details;

D. Browsing and search history on LBTEK Mall, including but not limited to searched product names, models, keywords, viewed pages, downloaded files or drawings, click counts, shopping cart contents, and quotation records;

E. Details from user inquiries or communications regarding LBTEK Mall's products, services, or website, via online chat, phone, fax, or email;

F. Transaction-related procurement details, including purchaser name or company, product specifications (such as size, brand, etc.), price, payment date, quantity, shipping date, delivery method, and order number;

G. Transaction-related financial details, including payment method, associated account information, invoice details, and personal or enterprise online banking account information;

H. Transaction-related logistics details, including recipient name, contact phone number, company name, and delivery address;

I. Recordings of customer service hotline calls for quality assurance purposes when users contact support for consultations or complaints;

J. With user authorization, account information shared from third-party platforms, which may be linked to the user's LBTEK Mall account to enable direct login and use of services. LBTEK Mall will verify the legitimacy of such information per agreements with third parties and handle it in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;

K. Any other information that LBTEK Mall is permitted or required to collect under applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements.

LBTEK Mall may automatically collect and store the aforementioned information using technologies such as cookies, web beacons, or other similar internet tools.

LBTEK Mall may use users' personal information for the following purposes:

To operate the platform and provide related products and services (including but not limited to online communication, membership services, points programs, location-based services, downloads, order processing, promotions, and activities);
To improve the membership experience, manage points accumulation, process payments, and perform credit assessments;
To deliver customer service, including support for purchases, after-sales, and repairs, as well as to fulfill users' personalized needs;
To create, activate, register, and manage users' accounts;
To conduct scientific, commercial, industry, and statistical research and analysis;
To send marketing materials related to LBTEK Mall's products and services;
To manage and process all transactions and interactions between LBTEK Mall and users;
To verify users' identity and eligibility for specific products and services offered by LBTEK Mall, its affiliates, or third parties;
To disclose users' personal information via email or other methods at the user's explicit request and with prior authorization;
To protect the public interest or the legitimate interests of LBTEK Mall;
To analyze the overall user database and utilize it for commercial purposes without revealing individual users' private data;
(12) To disclose or provide information as required by applicable laws and regulations, legal processes, or compulsory administrative or judicial demands.

If LBTEK Mall's collection or use of a user's personal information exceeds the scope outlined in these Terms or what is directly and reasonably necessary, LBTEK Mall will notify the user through easily noticeable methods—such as pop-up alerts, page announcements, or similar channels—and obtain the user's explicit consent.
Transfer

LBTEK Mall may share users' personal information with third-party service providers (including but not limited to providers of customer support, maintenance, location-based services, legal advice, investment banking, banking, accounting, mail delivery, IT, payment processing, or other services essential to LBTEK Mall's operations) and its affiliated companies, solely for the purposes described above.
To comply with applicable laws or regulations, LBTEK Mall may disclose users' personal information. Additionally, LBTEK Mall may share payment-related information with banks or third-party sellers involved in a specific transaction to facilitate its completion.
In the case of a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or sale of all or part of LBTEK Mall's business to another entity, LBTEK Mall may transfer users' personal data to the recipient. LBTEK Mall will require the recipient to uphold the same standards of confidentiality and data handling. If the recipient intends to alter the original purpose or method of processing the data, LBTEK Mall will require them to obtain fresh consent from the user.

Users may, in accordance with applicable laws, request access to or copies of their personal information held by LBTEK Mall. If any inaccuracies are identified, users have the right to object and request prompt corrective measures.
Deletion of Personal Information

Users may request LBTEK Mall to delete their personal information under the following circumstances:

If LBTEK Mall's processing of personal information violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms;
If the purpose for which LBTEK Mall processes the information has been achieved, is no longer achievable, or is no longer necessary;
If the user withdraws their consent;
If LBTEK Mall ceases to provide products or services to the user, or if the agreed retention period has expired;
In any other circumstances stipulated by applicable laws or administrative regulations.

VI. Commodity Prices and Price Changes

LBTEK Mall strives to ensure that the prices of products purchased by users match those displayed on the website at the time of purchase; however, price lists and statements do not constitute binding offers.
Except for certain products requiring direct consultation with LBTEK Mall's customer service for pricing, the prices of all other products will be clearly displayed on the platform. These prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. Product prices include value-added tax and standard delivery fees; any additional delivery charges for specific regions will be clearly indicated during the order placement process.In the event of unforeseen circumstances—such as supplier price increases, changes in tax rates, or obvious pricing errors on the website—occurring after an order has been confirmed, users have the right to cancel the order. If the user does not cancel, the order will be deemed accepted at the adjusted price.

VII. Orders and Out-of-Stock Items

Product information will be clearly displayed on LBTEK Mall. Users must carefully review this information before submitting an order. Once an order is submitted, LBTEK Mall will review it and proceed with arranging delivery upon approval.
If the ordered product is out of stock, either LBTEK Mall or the user may unilaterally cancel the order and notify the other party through an appropriate channel.
LBTEK Mall reserves the right to cancel an order or terminate the contract without incurring breach-of-contract liability, and to refund any payments made by the user (if applicable), in the following circumstances:

By mutual agreement between LBTEK Mall and the user;
The product is out of stock or unavailable;
The user's order information is incorrect or cannot be verified;
The order is flagged by LBTEK Mall's security system as abnormal, suspected fraudulent, or placed by automated programs or bots;
Payment is not received within the specified timeframe after order placement, or the user fails to settle outstanding payments from previous orders within the agreed period;
LBTEK Mall has reasonable grounds to believe the user is purchasing products or services for resale rather than personal use or authorized distribution;
The order includes quantities of certain products exceeding the purchase limits;
The user's account or purchase history shows an unreasonable pattern of high-volume, high-value, or frequent returns that violates LBTEK Mall's return policy, disrupts normal operations, or causes financial or other harm to LBTEK Mall;
An event of force majeure occurs;
There are typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or other inaccuracies in the platform's information;
The user provides false, incorrect, or incomplete details (such as delivery address, phone number, or email), preventing LBTEK Mall from confirming the order or delivery information;
The user engages in conduct that infringes on the rights of other users or disrupts the orderly operation of LBTEK Mall during the purchase process;
Any other circumstances permitted by applicable laws and regulations allowing LBTEK Mall to cancel the order or terminate the contract.

LBTEK Mall strives to ensure the accuracy of all product information, but errors may occasionally occur due to human error, system issues, or other force majeure events. In such cases, LBTEK Mall will contact the user to confirm and correct the information. Users then have the right to cancel the order or proceed with the transaction based on the accurate details.
If a user orders multiple products in a single order and only part of the order is delivered, the user should contact LBTEK Mall's customer service. LBTEK Mall will either refund the amount corresponding to the undelivered items or arrange for the remaining products to be shipped.
Once an order has been placed and LBTEK Mall has shipped the goods, the user may no longer cancel the order.

VIII. Delivery, Logistics, Distribution, and Receipt

Before submitting an order, users must double-check the delivery address. If delivery is delayed or fails due to an incorrect address provided by the user, the user shall bear full responsibility. In cases of repeated deliveries caused by this issue, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees based on the actual number of attempts.
LBTEK Mall may handle delivery itself or engage third-party logistics providers. Delivery fees are generally covered by LBTEK Mall; however, any extra charges for specific regions will be clearly indicated during the order placement process.
In principle, the recipient should be the user. If the user designates another person as the recipient, the user remains fully responsible for all obligations under these Terms and the order. LBTEK Mall will deliver to the address, recipient name, and phone number specified in the order. Any request by the recipient to change the delivery address during transit will be treated as having the user's consent.
Recipients should, in principle, sign for the goods in person. If the recipient arranges for someone else to sign, the user remains fully responsible for all obligations under these Terms and the order. For deliveries to office locations, a signature from front desk staff will be deemed equivalent to the user's signature. For high-value orders, LBTEK Mall may require the recipient to present valid identification. Users understand and agree that, if personal signing is not possible, the carrier may hand the goods to an authorized third party or place them at a designated collection point in accordance with applicable Chinese express delivery regulations and industry practices; such actions will be considered valid delivery to the user. The user shall bear all associated risks and costs (including but not limited to damage, shortage, loss, or storage fees) arising from any delay or failure in signing for the goods by the user, recipient, or their organization.
Upon signing for the goods, the risk of damage or loss transfers to the user.
When receiving the goods, users should inspect the packaging immediately on site. If there are visible signs of damage, the user may refuse to sign, note the reason with the carrier at the time, and contact LBTEK Mall as soon as possible.
Where possible, LBTEK Mall will endeavor to deliver all items from the same order simultaneously. However, due to factors such as warehousing, production, or other operational reasons, LBTEK Mall may ship the products in separate batches, with no additional delivery fees charged to the user.
The estimated delivery time will be as shown on the order confirmation page. Actual delivery timelines depend on the schedules of LBTEK Mall's partnered carriers. In the event of force majeure, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to extend the delivery period.
If a user repeatedly refuses delivery without valid justification or fails to make payments as agreed on multiple occasions, LBTEK Mall may cancel the user's future orders. In severe cases, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to freeze or close the account, permanently prohibit registration, and pursue compensation for any losses incurred.
If LBTEK Mall does not deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe, the user may contact customer service to follow up on the shipment. Regardless of the reason for any delay in delivery or performance, LBTEK Mall shall not be liable for any resulting losses, expenses, damages, or claims of any kind.

IX. Payment and Refund

Users must select a payment method when confirming their order and complete payment strictly in accordance with the chosen method and within the specified timeframe. If a user fails to do so, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order.
For any refunds due to approved returns or out-of-stock items during exchanges, LBTEK Mall will process the refund to the user. The refund method and timeline will depend on the original payment method, and users must claim the refund in accordance with the provided instructions and cycle.
Regardless of whether the payer or invoicing entity for the order is the user, their company, or a third party, any order placed through the user's account makes the user jointly and severally liable for the full payment obligation.
If a user fails to pay the full amount within the agreed period, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to pursue remedies for breach of contract.
If a user requires an invoice, they may provide the necessary invoicing details as guided on the checkout page during order placement. In cases involving refunds or other matters that require handling an issued invoice, the user must cooperate with LBTEK Mall in compliance with applicable legal regulations.

X. Returns and Exchanges

LBTEK Mall's return and exchange policy is clearly displayed on the platform. Different product categories are subject to varying return and exchange policies and conditions. Users must carefully read and understand these policies before requesting a return or exchange, and must follow the specified procedures and requirements precisely when processing any returns or exchanges.

XI. Special Authorization

Users fully understand and irrevocably grant LBTEK Mall and its affiliated companies the following rights:

If a user makes any commitment to LBTEK Mall or its affiliates, and the relevant company determines that the user has breached that commitment, LBTEK Mall may immediately impose restrictive measures on the user's account as specified in the commitment or related agreement, including suspending or terminating services to the user. Users acknowledge and agree that LBTEK Mall is not obligated to verify the facts with the user or seek additional consent before taking such action, and LBTEK Mall shall bear no liability to the user for these measures.
If a user breaches these Terms or any other agreements with LBTEK Mall, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to notify its affiliated companies and request that they impose restrictions on the user's rights, including but not limited to transferring any funds in the user's account to a party designated by LBTEK Mall, or requiring the affiliates to suspend or terminate some or all services provided to the user.

XII. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services provided on or through LBTEK Mall are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Unless explicitly stated in writing, LBTEK Mall makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, or the information, content, materials, products (including software), or services available thereon. LBTEK Mall shall not be liable for any damages arising from such information, content, materials, products (including software), services, or the user's purchase and use of products—except where liability is mandated by the laws of the People's Republic of China—including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Users expressly agree to bear all risks associated with using LBTEK Mall's services.
Except where required by applicable laws and regulations or in specific circumstances outlined below, LBTEK Mall has no obligation to pre-review user registration data, personal information, transaction activities, or other transaction-related matters:

LBTEK Mall has reasonable grounds to believe that a particular user or transaction involves serious illegal activity or breach of obligations;
LBTEK Mall has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user's conduct on the platform is illegal.

Users understand and agree that LBTEK Mall shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of the following circumstances—including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses—regardless of whether LBTEK Mall was advised of the possibility of such damages:

Use of or inability to use LBTEK Mall's services;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of the user's account or data by third parties;
Any misunderstanding by the user of LBTEK Mall's services;
Any other losses related to LBTEK Mall's services that are not attributable to LBTEK Mall.

Users understand that LBTEK Mall's services rely on network connections and may be impacted by unstable factors across various links. As a result, services may be interrupted or fail to meet users' expectations due to force majeure events, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, device shutdowns, adjustments by relevant national authorities or telecommunications operators, or other technical, internet, or communication issues. Users agree to bear these risks, and LBTEK Mall provides no warranties in this regard. LBTEK Mall shall not be liable if users are unable to send, upload, or receive messages, or if other communication functions are unavailable due to these factors.
Users understand and agree that LBTEK Mall and its affiliated companies are not judicial authorities and can only evaluate evidence from a non-professional perspective. Any dispute mediation provided by LBTEK Mall or its affiliates is solely at the user's request. LBTEK Mall and its affiliates cannot guarantee that mediation outcomes will meet users' expectations and shall bear no liability for such outcomes. If users incur losses as a result, they agree to pursue compensation directly from the benefiting party.
Users understand that using LBTEK Mall's services exposes them to potential risks from third-party content or conduct that may be threatening, defamatory, offensive, illegal, or infringing on others' rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights and personal rights). Users agree to assume these risks, and LBTEK Mall provides no warranties of any kind in this respect.

XIII. Intellectual Property Rights

LBTEK Mall holds full ownership and intellectual property rights over all content on the platform, or has obtained lawful authorization from the respective rights holders. This content includes text, images, charts, photographs, software, audio, video, advertisements, announcements issued by LBTEK Mall, and any other information referenced in relevant sections of these Terms. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, property, and other intellectual property laws. Users may only use this content with explicit authorization from LBTEK Mall and the rights holders, and shall not copy, edit, adapt, distribute, register rights over, or create derivative works from it without permission. Furthermore, users shall not use this content in any goods or services that could confuse consumers or disparage LBTEK Mall's offerings.
Without prior written consent from LBTEK Mall, users may not modify the platform's website content in any way, nor copy or download webpage content or data for resale or commercial purposes. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to LBTEK Mall's homepage, provided the link does not falsely represent, mislead about, disparage, or otherwise infringe upon LBTEK Mall's products or services.
For any content posted or stored by users on LBTEK Mall, users grant LBTEK Mall and its affiliated companies an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content (including the right to sublicense at multiple levels). Users warrant that their content is legal, compliant, and rightfully owned or authorized. LBTEK Mall's use of user content does not imply endorsement of the user's views or acceptance of liability for the content. Users remain solely and fully responsible for their posted content, regardless of whether LBTEK Mall uses it. If LBTEK Mall faces any disputes, claims, or allegations arising from user content, the user, as the content provider, shall bear full responsibility and indemnify LBTEK Mall for any resulting losses.

XIV. Revision of These Terms

Users acknowledge that, due to changes in market conditions, network environments, or the ongoing development of LBTEK Mall, LBTEK Mall may amend these Terms as necessary. Any such amendments will be notified to users via pop-up alerts, page announcements, or other appropriate methods, and the updated Terms will be published on the LBTEK Mall website.
Users further acknowledge that, to preserve LBTEK Mall's autonomy in business development and operational adjustments, LBTEK Mall reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice to users. LBTEK Mall shall bear no liability to users or any third parties for exercising this right. Services are provided solely on the condition that users accept these Terms.
If a user objects to any amendment to these Terms or services, or becomes dissatisfied with LBTEK Mall's services, the user may exercise the following rights:

Cease using LBTEK Mall and/or its services;
Voluntarily cancel their account or otherwise terminate their eligibility to use LBTEK Mall and/or its services as permitted;
Provide written notice to LBTEK Mall requesting termination of services.

Upon termination of services, the user's right to access LBTEK Mall's services will end immediately, and LBTEK Mall will have no further obligations to the user.

Continued use of LBTEK Mall's services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and services. In the event of a dispute between a user and LBTEK Mall, the most recent version of the Terms shall govern. Unless otherwise expressly stated, any new features or expanded services introduced by LBTEK Mall will also be subject to these Terms.

XV. Interruption and Termination of Services

In cases where LBTEK Mall does not charge users for related services, LBTEK Mall may, at its sole discretion and for any reason—including but not limited to a belief that the user has violated the letter or spirit of these Terms—terminate the services provided to the user. LBTEK Mall may also, at its sole discretion, discontinue all or part of the services at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, LBTEK Mall has no obligation to retain any original user data or related information, or to forward any unread or unsent messages to the user or any third party. LBTEK Mall shall not be liable to the user or any third party for such termination of services.
If a user cancels their registered account or LBTEK Mall terminates the services provided to the user, the agreement between the user and LBTEK Mall will end; however, LBTEK Mall retains the following rights:

To keep the user's data, including but not limited to prior user information, product data, and transaction records;
To exercise the rights outlined in these Terms and pursue the user's liability for breach of contract if the user engaged in illegal acts or violations of these Terms or other LBTEK Mall rules prior to cancellation.

Upon account cancellation by the user or service termination by LBTEK Mall, all of the user's rights and benefits on the platform will be forfeited.

LBTEK Mall may terminate services by canceling the user's account in the following circumstances:

If the user breaches these Terms, LBTEK Mall may terminate services and will notify the user of the interruption. However, if the user re-registers directly, indirectly, or under another name after termination, LBTEK Mall may unilaterally terminate services again;
If LBTEK Mall discovers that key registration data provided by the user is false, services may be terminated at any time;
In any other circumstances where LBTEK Mall deems termination necessary.
Upon termination of the service relationship, any payment deferrals or time benefits for debts incurred through use of LBTEK Mall's services will be forfeited, and the user must immediately settle all outstanding payments. Additionally, if the user's violation of LBTEK Mall's rules causes losses to LBTEK Mall, the user shall be liable for full compensation.

XVI. Liability for Breach of Contract

If the user fails to comply with any provision of these Terms, LBTEK Mall has the right to immediately terminate the provision of all services and reserve the right to pursue liability through legal means.
The user agrees to pay to LBTEK Mall the lawyer's fees, litigation fees, notarization fees, appraisal fees, execution fees, etc., incurred due to the user's violation of these Terms or the correction of the user's illegal acts, as well as the damages compensation fees of LBTEK Mall arising from the violation of these Terms. If the user's password or account is stolen, the user shall bear all responsibilities and consequences arising during the period of theft unless the incident is caused by the fault of LBTEK M
LBTEK Mall shall only be liable if the goods received by the user are inconsistent with the specifications of the goods described on LBTEK Mall,and shall not make any warranties regarding the applicability of the goods, compatibility with other goods, interchangeability, sales period, etc. In addition, LBTEK Mall shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages and other losses, damages, or adverse effects caused to the user or the user's company due to the products or services of LBTEK Mall, except for the liabilities that LBTEK Mall is explicitly required to bear in these Terms. If the user violates the usage precautions, they shall have no right to claim any compensation. If the services of LBTEK Mall cause losses to the user or the user's company, the compensation amount shall be limited to the price of the goods purchased by the user that caused the loss.
The user and LBTEK Mall agree that any disputes arising from these Terms and the use of the services of LBTEK Mall shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation and communication through the customer service of LBTEK M If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to choose to take legal action, which shall be under the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where LBTEK Mall is located. If any clause is inconsistent with the law, such clause shall be reinterpreted in a manner as close as possible to the original intention, and the other clauses shall remain legally binding on both parties.

XVII. Force Majeure

Force majeure refers to any objective circumstance that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome by either party. For the purpose of these Terms, it includes

natural disasters and severe weather, such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, droughts, tsunamis, etc.;
government actions, mainly the issuance of new policies, laws, and administrative measures by government authorities after the user places the order, resulting in the inability to perform the order;
social abnormal events, such as wars, strikes, riots, traffic control, epidemics, fires, etc.

If either party fails to perform its obligations under the contract due to the impact of force majeure, it shall not be liable during the duration of the force majeure event. During this period, both parties shall make every effort to minimize the consequences of the force majeure, especially the delays and inability to perform caused thereby. Issues arising from force majeure shall be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

XVIII. Miscellaneous

These Terms, as well as other statements, explanations, rules, systems, policies, and procedures published on LBTEK's website, constitute a complete and effective agreement between LBTEK Mall and the user, which shall remain in effect for the user until the user cancels or has their account canceled and ceases all acts of using the services of LBTEK M However, the rights and obligations already arising between LBTEK Mall and the user shall still be binding on both parties.
Depending on the nature of the services provided to the user, LBTEK Mall may require the user to comply with specific conditions and terms when registering for the relevant services provided by LBTEK Mall; if such specific conditions and terms are inconsistent with these Terms, the specific conditions and terms shall prevail.
If any clause in these Terms is fully or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall still be valid and binding.
The headings and serial numbers in these Terms are only for the convenience of reading and shall not affect the actual meaning and effect of the clauses.
These Terms shall take effect on the date of release and remain valid until the release of the updated version.
For the avoidance of doubt, LBTEK Mall refers to Shenzhen Lubon Optical Technology Co., Ltd. and Changsha LUBON Photoelectric Technology Co., LTD, and the place of jurisdiction for litigation refers to the place where the two companies are located.
The interpretation right of these Terms shall belong to LBTEK Mall finally.This User Registration Terms and Privacy Policy is written in both Chinese and English. In case of any inconsistency in the understanding of the relevant clauses, the Chinese version shall prevail.
