The LBTEK U-shaped mount, model ISOC1, is compatible with 30 mm coaxial systems and is suitable for LBTEK isolators with dimensions of 72.5 mm × 60 mm × 45 mm. The bottom plate features five M6 threaded holes spaced 25 mm apart; these bottom M6 threaded holes can be used for effective support of the mount. Both the front and rear plates of the mount are equipped with SM1 threaded holes. The front and rear plates are positioned against the mount's bottom plate via precision pin holes, ensuring alignment of the entire system. Each coaxial hole is fitted with a side-mounted set screw that can be tightened with a 1.5 mm hex wrench. The one-piece shroud provides shading and protection for the isolator. The CMTUB-1A U-shaped mount provides a threaded mounting surface inside standard 30 mm coaxial assemblies or Ø1 inch lens tube setups for small optical components that are not suitable for standard coaxial rod systems. The mounting surface has M6 x 1.0 and M4 x 0.7 threaded holes at standard spacings, facilitating flexible construction of small optical assemblies within the U-shaped mount. The mount is machined from a single piece of aluminum, providing stability and maintaining the alignment of the entire coaxial system. The U-shaped mount is compatible with a variety of optical mounting components through its SM1 threaded holes, such as Ø1 inch lens tubes.
