Manual translation stage with position locking function
Fine adjustment using hex key
0.5 inch (12.7 mm) stage height
LBTEK large-area translation stage adopts dovetail groove guide rails, with external dimensions of 150.0 mm x 191.7 mm, a stage surface size of 150.0 mm x 147.6 mm, equipped with M6 threaded holes spaced at 25 mm intervals, and a total travel of 60 mm. One side of the guide rail integrates a gear shaft. Using a 2 mm hex key to rotate the gear shaft drives the platform to slide smoothly, with motion parallelism better than 50 μm. The other side is equipped with a hand-tightened locking screw, allowing the platform to be reliably fixed once it reaches the desired position. This translation stage can also be directly mounted on an M6 optical table with 25 mm hole spacing using the included hexagon socket head cap screws.

LBTEK large-area translation stage, with external dimensions of 150.0 mm x 191.7 mm and a stage surface size of 150.0 mm x 147.6 mm, is designed for applications requiring adjustment of the entire experimental system, with a travel range of 60 mm. Coarse positioning is achieved by manually pushing the moving platform, while fine positioning across the entire travel range is done by adjusting the rack and pinion using a 2 mm hex wrench. Motion can be locked by tightening the locking screw with a 2 mm hex wrench. The working height of the large-area translation stage is 0.5 inches (12.7 mm), featuring M6 through threaded holes with a 25 mm hole spacing. The surface of the translation stage has a black low-reflectivity anodized coating.
