01Do the product prices include tax?
All LBTEK product prices are in USD and do not include tax. We provide formal invoices. Please note that if the total discounted price is below $700, a 13% China VAT will be added separately.
02What courier is used and how are shipping costs calculated?
Our default carrier is SF Express (Air). If the order contains restricted items (such as batteries or alcohol) or if the delivery address is restricted, we will use SF Economy or other suitable carriers. Shipping costs will be confirmed with you via a separate email. Alternatively, you may use your own shipping account to cover the freight charges.
03What payment methods are supported?
LBTEK supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Bank Transfers. We accept both personal and corporate payments.
04How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
Each product has a specific lead time. If the lead time shows "Today", the item will be shipped within 1 business day. If a specific duration is shown, the item will be shipped according to the agreed lead time.
