Product Description
- UV-Grade Fused Silica / ITO Glass
- Fast Axis Orientation of LC Molecules Varies Periodically and Continuously Along the X-Direction
- Cell Gap: 3/7/12 μm Available; Grating Period Selectable
- Compatible with Voltage Controller LCVRC-2K25; Supports Flexible Customization of Specifications
LBTEK Active Liquid Crystal Grating (ALCG) is fabricated from ITO conductive glass and liquid crystal material, featuring a sandwich structure consisting of front and rear ITO glass substrates with a liquid crystal layer in between. The fast axis orientation of the LC molecules varies periodically and continuously along the x-direction. Similar to LBTEK Polarization Gratings, the retardance of the liquid crystal layer can be adjusted by varying the applied voltage across the ALCG, thereby optimizing the ±1st-order diffraction efficiency within a certain wavelength range. LBTEK offers operating wavelengths λ from 500 to 1550 nm, along with flexible customization of specifications including grating period and clear aperture for diverse applications.
