The LBTEK Miniature Balanced Photodetector Module integrates two matched high-linearity analog PIN detectors and a low-noise broadband transimpedance amplifier, featuring high gain, high sensitivity, high bandwidth, low noise, and high common-mode rejection ratio. It can effectively reduce common-mode noise from input light and improve the system's signal-to-noise ratio. The module's optical input interface is an FC/APC fiber connector, and the electrical signals are output via SMA ports, primarily used in applications such as OCT measurements, wind lidar, nS pulsed light measurements, heterodyne detection and other fields. LBTEK offers Si miniature balanced photodetectors with an operating wavelength range of 320 nm-1000 nm and InGaAs miniature balanced photodetectors with an operating wavelength range of 800 nm-1700 nm.
