The desktop brushless DC motor controller provided by LBTEK is highly suitable for motion control applications requiring high speed (>100 mm/s) and high encoder resolution (<100 nm). This series of controllers offers 1-axis, 2-axis, and 3-axis high-precision motion control and can be used with LBTEK's LMDT series linear motor stages and ESM-RP100 direct-drive rotary stages. It features automatic stage model recognition and position compensation functions. The HDB15 interface on the controller is used to connect the stage motor encoder, while the M16 10-pin aviation connector is used to connect the stage motor power cable. Each axis is equipped with a set of SMA input/output trigger interfaces that accept and output standard TTL level signals. The controller connects to a computer via a USB interface for convenient and quick operation. The stage comes with a comprehensive control software that enables various modes of closed-loop motion control. It also allows users to build other closed-loop control systems using the provided dynamic link library (.dll file, supporting secondary development in C/C++, LabVIEW, C#, Python, etc.).

The desktop brushless servo controller provided by LBTEK is designed to control LBTEK's direct-drive motor products, including the LMDT series linear stages and the ESM-RP100 direct-drive rotary stage. The controllers are available in 1-axis, 2-axis, and 3-axis configurations, allowing users to select the appropriate controller based on the number of motion axes in their system. This series of controllers features a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen on the front panel, enabling stage motion control without connecting to a PC. The rear panel includes HDB15 interfaces for connecting the stage motor encoders, M16 aviation connectors for the stage motor power cables, and a set of BNC interfaces per axis for trigger signal input/output connections. A USB interface is provided for PC connectivity. The controller software provided by LBTEK offers multiple motion control modes to meet general motion control requirements. Additionally, the controller provides a dynamic link library (DLL) for secondary development, allowing users to build their own motion control systems. The corresponding software can be downloaded under the "Software" tab.
