Product Description

The collimated LED monochromatic light source provided by LBTEK contains collimating optics, achieving a divergence angle of less than 10° for the output beam of the collimated monochromatic LED. The collimated monochromatic LED light source includes a heat dissipation structure, minimizing the risk of overheating damage while eliminating power fluctuations caused by temperature changes, ensuring stable output power. It can be used in applications such as microscope illumination, fluorescence excitation, brightfield illumination, projection systems, photocatalysis, and more. The collimated monochromatic LED light source requires a controller for operation, supporting continuous light output or millisecond-level pulsed output with continuously adjustable light intensity. There are three usage methods: ① Adjust the light source output power directly via the knob on the controller; ② Support external trigger mode with an SMA connector for TTL external modulation; ③ Connect via Mini USB for software control of the light source. LBTEK also provides transmission illumination port adapters, compatible with Olympus BX and IX microscopes, Zeiss Axioskop and Examiner microscopes, Nikon Eclipse (Ti, Ti2, or upright) microscopes, and Leica DMI microscopes, available as optional accessories.

LBTEK's collimated monochromatic LEDs offer 29 selectable working wavelengths in the range of 365 nm-1300 nm, meeting the needs of different wavelengths from ultraviolet to near-infrared bands. Equipped with collimating optical elements, the collimated monochromatic LED can achieve an output beam divergence angle of less than 10°. The light outlet features an SM1 internal thread, allowing connection with other standard SM1 threaded devices. When used with the LBLED-CT4V controller, light intensity adjustment can be directly achieved via the knob on the controller, and external triggering and software control are also supported.

Small-divergence collimated LEDs consist of collimating optics, a diffuser sleeve, and other mechanical components. This design enables an output beam divergence angle of less than 3° with minimal thermal damage, making it suitable for applications such as microscopy illumination sources and multi-color fluorophore excitation sources. The small-divergence collimated LED light source requires a 4V, 700mA (adjustable current) constant current source for driving. This collimated LED light source can be connected to other components via an SM1 internal thread or fixed and supported using M3 mounting holes on the heatsink end.

LBTEK's collimated white LED offers two color temperature options of 4000K and 6500K, featuring built-in collimation optics that enable an output beam divergence angle of <7°. The light exit port has an SM1 internal thread, allowing connection with other standard SM1 threaded components. When used with the LBLED-CT4V controller, brightness adjustment can be directly achieved via the knob on the controller, while also supporting external triggering and software control.

LBTEK's high-power white LED consists of collimating optics, a copper heat sink, a silent fan, and a mechanical housing. This design composition enables an output beam divergence angle of less than 7°, stable output power, and minimal overheating damage. It offers four color temperature options: 4000K, 5000K, 5700K, and 6500K. The mechanical housing features 4×M4 threaded holes on the sides and 4×M3 threaded holes on the front. The light exit port has an SM1 internal thread, allowing connection with other standard SM1 threaded devices. When paired with the LBLED-CT7V controller, light intensity can be adjusted directly via the knob on the controller, and it also supports external triggering and software control.

The LBTEK light source controllers are available in three models: LBLED-CT4V, LBLED-CT6V, and LBLED-CT7V. Among them, the LBLED-CT4V is used with collimated monochromatic LEDs, collimated white LEDs, and non-collimated monochromatic LEDs; the LBLED-CT6V is used with deep UV LED light sources; and the LBLED-CT7V is used with high-power white LEDs. The light emission can be controlled directly via the knob on the controller, or through software, and the controller supports an external trigger mode. For specific usage instructions, refer to the controller manual.

Note: When the current of LBLED-0365, LBSLED-0365, and LBULED-0365 collimated monochromatic LEDs is at 80%, they can achieve maximum power.
