LBTEK High Power Beam Splitting DOE is a diffractive optical element made from UV fused silica material, which achieves the desired beam splitting effect by distributing the energy of corresponding diffraction orders. Based on the expected beam splitting pattern, beam spot spacing, or beam separation angle requirements, its phase is designed according to diffractive optical principles, and finally, the designed phase structure is introduced using surface relief processing to achieve the intended beam splitting. Leveraging the advantages of high beam splitting uniformity and high separation angle accuracy of high-power beam splitting DOEs, they can be used in numerous application areas such as parallel laser processing, optical sensing detection, optical medical aesthetics, and microscopic detection. Compared to liquid crystal polymers, UV fused silica has low absorption characteristics, making it more compatible with applications in the ultraviolet wavelength range. LBTEK offers standard high-power beam splitting DOEs with operating wavelengths of 355 nm and 343 nm, with various beam splitting modes available. In addition to standard products, LBTEK also supports flexible customization of parameter specifications. For specific customization needs, please contact LBTEK technical support.
High-power beam splitting DOE, 355 nm, one-dimensional beam splitting
  • wavelength range: 355 nm
  • splitter modes: 1×2, 1×3, 1×4, 1×5
  • UV Fused Silica (UVFS)

LBTEK High-Power Beam Splitting DOE is based on UV Fused Silica (UVFS) material, fabricated by surface relief process, enabling 1×2, 1×3, 1×4, 1×5 one-dimensional beam splitting effects. The High-Power Beam Splitting DOE has a Clear Aperture (CA) of 15×15 mm, mounted in a matching 1-inch mechanical housing, with the Item engraved on the housing surface. Unless otherwise specified, the engraved side is generally the recommended beam incident surface, for easy installation and adjustment by customers.
