Product Description
  • The modular design makes it convenient for users to upgrade or modify the Microscope's optical path.
  • With a trinocular Eyepiece tube, visual observation or image with Detectors can be achieved.
  • Cameras connection port adapts to C-Mount Cameras
A self-built Microscope provides a preconfigured optical path and is highly suitable for experiments requiring epi-illumination or reflected-light image. The system is equipped with LED Light Sources and, together with Lens and diaphragm, helps users better illuminate samples. The trinocular Eyepiece of the Cameras interface supports real-time viewing of samples directly through the Eyepiece. The system is equipped with a high-precision rotary Objective Lens mount, supporting the simultaneous mounting of up to five Objective Lenses. In addition, the system uses a C-mount threaded Cameras interface compatible with most Cameras that meet technical standards; they can be used to view images in real time on a computer screen or capture images for subsequent analysis. Unlike other Microscopes, the modular design of the self-built Microscope allows users to quickly install and remove Microscope modules according to the needs of each experiment, providing a high degree of freedom in operation and control. The open space below the Objective Lens provides ample space for users to operate or extend the optical path. This allows custom components to be integrated with your experiments.

Self-assembled motorized Microscope
  • Equipped with X- and Y-axis translation stages, enabling large-area sample observation.
  • Equipped with a Z-axis translation stage, enabling motorized focusing.
  • Equipped with a motorized Objective Lens turret, enabling motorized Objective Lens switching.

The self-assembled motorized Microscope is constructed entirely from our DIY Microscopy Imaging Components, and the system contains several modules. The system's built-in single-cube epi-illumination component includes a filter cube and filter components. The epi-illuminator couples light emitted by the illumination source through the Objective Lens into the image optical path, and then emits it onto the sample; the epi-fluorescence generated by the sample passes through the module and reaches the Eyepiece and Cameras. Equipped with X, Y, and Z three-axis stages, it enables large-range sample observation and motorized focusing; equipped with a five-position motorized Objective Lens turret, it enables motorized switching of Objective Lens. The epi-illuminator can be fitted with one filter cube, making it highly suitable for image modules requiring a single filter set. After installing a Dichroic Filter and an emission filter, fluorescence image of a single fluorophore can be achieved. This filter set can be replaced with a 50:50 beam splitter, thereby constructing a reflected-light image Microscope.
