These optical mounts feature a piezoelectric-driven adjustment design, utilizing inertia and friction to drive the adjustment screws. These piezoelectric actuators have a power-off self-locking function, making them ideal for applications requiring long-term stability. The mounts offer a wide angular adjustment range (±4°, ±3° optional), with a typical step size of 10-30 nm. Using the accompanying piezoelectric motion controller and software, the single-step size can be flexibly adjusted within ±20% of a reference value of approximately 10 nm. The piezoelectric actuators come with a knob for manual adjustment. The 1-inch and 2-inch mounts are equipped with two PTP09 piezoelectric screws and a controller-based piezoelectric screw actuator set (separately available from our company), while the 0.5-inch mount comes with two compact piezoelectric screws, with the option of including a controller or not.

The AMM-1B-E and AMM-2B-E optical mounts feature 2 knurled knobs, a piezoelectric precision actuator design, a large piezoelectric angular range, and high adjustment resolution. The mount's angular range is ±3° or ±4° optional, achieved via piezoelectric and manual adjustment. The typical step size is 10-30 nm. With the matching piezoelectric motion controller and software, the single-step size can be flexibly adjusted within ±20% of the approximately 10 nm baseline value.

The piezoelectric precision actuator locks itself when not powered, making it ideal for run-and-lock applications requiring sub-micron resolution and long-term alignment stability. Manual adjustment can be performed at any time as long as the piezoelectric actuator does not actively translate the screw.

The AMM-1B-E and AMM-2B-E piezoelectric mounts come with a controller, 2 piezoelectric screws PTP09, and a set of piezoelectric screw actuators with 1 controller (our company sells them separately). The AMM-05B-EK piezoelectric mount comes with a controller, 2 compact piezoelectric screws and 1 controller, while the AMM-05B-E does not come with a controller.

The AMM-05B-E and AMM-05B-EK are for Ø0.5 inch optics, the AMM-1B-E is for Ø1 inch optics, and the AMM-2B-E is for Ø2 inch optics. Each mount has an M4 nylon-tipped screw with a 2 mm hex key for securing optics with a thickness of at least 3 mm. The M4 counterbore on the side of the mount facilitates installation on a post or other optomechanical components with an M4 threaded hole in either a right-handed or left-handed orientation.
