LBTEK 30 mm Coaxial Z-Axis Translation Mount is an optical mount that provides precise positioning along the optical axis. It offers repeatable Z-axis travel within a 30 mm coaxial system, suitable for applications such as fiber alignment in coaxial systems or compensating for focus errors in spatial filtering. The translation mount features an SM1 (1.035"-40) internal thread on the translation ring, which is driven by a precision micrometer with 1 µm graduations, providing a translation travel of 1.0 mm. The micrometer head is marked with an effective travel range scale and can be adjusted using a knurled knob or a 2 mm hex wrench. It includes two SM1R retaining rings for securing optical components up to Ø1 inch (25.4 mm) with a maximum thickness of 7.2 mm. The mount also has one M4 threaded hole for free-space connections.

The CT-5Z coaxial plate Z-axis thruster provided by LBTEK is designed to be used with the OPM series coaxial plates, and can also be compatible with other suitable coaxial devices. This product features a wedge-shaped transmission structure, enabling right-angle transmission with a 1:1 stroke ratio without interfering with the coaxial alignment during adjustment. It offers a stroke of 5 mm, with the micrometer head's minimum graduation of 10 μm. Two springs are included for resetting the moved coaxial plate. The four flexible coaxial holes are secured using set screws and can be adjusted with a 1.5 mm hex wrench for higher efficiency and convenience. **Note:** Due to the flexible snap-in design of this structure, the flexible arms must be inserted into the coaxial structure before tightening the locking screws. Do not tighten the screws before inserting the coaxial rod, as this may deform the flexible arms and reduce the size of the coaxial holes.

LBTEK Dovetail 30 mm Coaxial System Mount is designed for constructing 30 mm coaxial systems along dovetail rails. The dovetail clamping mechanism at the bottom allows the mount to be inserted at any position along the rail and secured by tightening the M2 hex socket screws. The coaxial plate CMS-7 features an SM1 internal thread at the center for direct mounting of optical components with a maximum diameter of 25.4 mm and thickness of 4.8 mm. It also includes four M4 set screws on the side for securing Ø6.0 mm coaxial system mounting rods. The snap-in mounts CMS-8 and CMS-10 are equipped with two flexible clamping sections, enabling quick and secure attachment of 30 mm coaxial system components. Each mount has two M3 set screws on the side for fixing coaxial system components. When installed via CMS-7/CMS-8/CMS-10, the center heights of the 30 mm coaxial system are 30 mm, 30 mm, and 50 mm, respectively.
