The LBTEK coaxial adapter plate is suitable for connecting 30mm and 16mm components in coaxial systems. It features a central SM05 threaded-through hole with two SM05R retaining rings, accommodating Ø12.7 mm optical components with a maximum thickness of 5.6 mm. Both the Ø4 mm MOP16 coaxial rod and Ø6 mm MOP coaxial rod through-holes are equipped with an M4 set screw on the side, compatible with a 2 mm hex wrench. The CP16-OPM coaxial rod through-hole has minimal tolerance, ensuring both 30 mm and 16 mm coaxial components are centered on the SM05 central hole.

Includes one M4 threaded hole for mounting posts. Each coaxial rod through-hole is equipped with two M3 set screws on the side, compatible with a 1.5 mm hex wrench.

The LBTEK vertical mounting plate allows for vertical installation of 30mm/60mm coaxial systems on optical tables/breadboards. Featuring a U-shaped countersunk slot design, it can be securely mounted vertically on optical tables/breadboards. The plate includes 8 through holes for mounting Ø6mm optical posts, with an SM1 mounting hole at the center that is compatible with SM1-threaded optomechanical components. The side M4 threaded holes can be used to connect optical posts.

The OPM-60 coaxial orthogonal turning mirror provided by LBTEK enables the vertical mounting of a 30 mm coaxial system within a 60 mm coaxial system. The front Ø6 mm mounting hole for rods is secured with an M4 set screw, while the side Ø6 mm rod is also fixed with an M4 set screw, both tightened using a 2 mm hex wrench. It features a central through-hole with SM1 threading, capable of accommodating optical components up to Ø25.4 mm in diameter and 6 mm in thickness. The SM1R retaining ring is sold separately.

Use the turning plate to make a 90° connection for the 60 mm coaxial system.

The front Ø6 mm mounting hole for rods is secured with M4 set screws, while the side Ø6 mm flexible rod connection is fixed with M2.5 pan head screws (note: screws must be tightened when inserting the coaxial rod, simply clamp the rod during tightening). Both use a 2 mm hex wrench for tightening. It features a central through-hole with SM1 threads, capable of accommodating optical components up to Ø25.4 mm with a maximum thickness of 6 mm. The SM1R retaining ring is sold separately.
