Each sensor is independently calibrated, data traceable to NIM
An optical power meter is a core fundamental tool in optical metrology. The LBTEK USB digital optical power meter adopts an integrated design, combining the sensor with a USB 2.0 interface, allowing direct connection to a host computer software for measurement. The sensor first converts the optical signal into an electrical signal, which is then amplified and filtered to eliminate noise interference, and finally converted from analog to digital signal through analog-to-digital conversion. The host computer software receives data from the sensor, enabling both real-time monitoring and long-term stability testing. Through multi-dimensional charts such as graphs and data panels, it achieves real-time visualization and in-depth analysis of optical power, making power changes crystal clear. All series of sensors undergo strict factory calibration, and the calibration results are directly traceable to the National Institute of Metrology (NIM), ensuring reliable measurement accuracy. (Note: This series of products is not suitable for measurement in pulsed light source scenarios.)
Angle-agnostic and beam-shape independent — a versatile solution for any scenario
Built-in baffle prevents direct light from hitting the detector
Supports Ø12/22 mm dual aperture switching without replacing accessories
Compatible with 30 mm coaxial system for easy integration into optical platform
LBTEK USB Optical Power Meter Integrating Sphere Sensor features a working wavelength range of 250 - 1700 nm and a power measurement range of 1 μW - 3 W, supporting high-power application scenarios. The inner wall of the integrating sphere is coated with PTFE high-reflectance material, which eliminates the impact of source divergence and shape on measurements. It is equipped with an SM1 external thread adapter on the front, compatible with both free-space and fiber-optic dual-mode inputs. It also supports flexible switching between dual apertures: the effective receiving aperture is Ø12 mm when the adapter is installed, and expands to Ø22 mm when removed, adapting to diverse measurement scenarios.
The USB Optical Power Meter Integrating Sphere Sensor connects directly to the host computer software via a USB interface, enabling synchronous data acquisition and dynamic analysis without the need for an external power meter console. It supports a maximum sampling rate of 1 kHz customization, balancing efficient measurement and data processing.
