LBTEK Fluorescence Dichroic Mirrors adopt a high-performance UV Fused Silica (UVFS) substrate, specifically designed for 45° oblique incidence optical paths. They feature high reflection in the short-wave range and high transmission in the long-wave range, enabling precise separation of optical path signals. The purified excitation light is reflected to excite the sample, while specific fluorescence signals are efficiently transmitted, ensuring a highly efficient and lossless optical path. The products have accurate spectral calibration, no crosstalk, and no stray reflections. Each model can be precisely matched with corresponding filter sets. Fluorescence Dichroic Mirrors come in a standard size of 36.0 mm x 25.0 mm x 1.0 mm, compatible with mainstream filter cubes, coaxial optical paths, and microscope modules. Both surfaces of the dichroic mirror are coated with a filter coating and an antireflection coating. The arrow (＜) on the side points to the filter-coated surface.
