LBTEK 0.5-inch Edge-less Stainless Steel Mirror Mount features an open-edge design, allowing the beam to be reflected from one mount to another at a small incident angle, making it particularly suitable for cascaded multi-mirror reflective optical paths. The mirror mount secures Optical Components with nylon-tipped set screws and is suitable for mounting Optical Components with a mounted diameter of 12.7 mm and a minimum thickness of 3 mm. M4 counterbored mounting holes are provided on the side; 2 M4×12 socket head cap screws and a 2.0 mm hex wrench are included with purchase. This group offers two products to meet different adjustment needs:

MT-AM05C1L: Left-handed version, equipped with 3 M4×0.2 precision adjusters, with hex nuts for locking, adjustable pitch and yaw of Optical Components, adjustment range of ±5°

MT-AM05C1R: Right-handed version, equipped with 3 M4×0.2 precision adjusters, with hex nuts for locking, adjustable pitch and yaw of Optical Components, adjustment range of ±5°

LBTEK 0.5-inch stainless steel mirror mount, equipped with two vertical drive adjusters with locking rings, for mounting 12.7 mm Optical Components. Suitable for situations where space behind the mount is limited and horizontal adjusters cannot be used. The Optical Components are locked by flexible spring tabs and set screws. Two knobless M4×0.20 precision adjusters (with locking rings) provide ±4° angular adjustment and are operated with a hex wrench.
      The MT-AM05S5 mounting holes are two M4 countersunk holes; the MT-AM05S5A has one M4 threaded hole and one M4 countersunk hole. The front and rear plate connecting block of the MT-AM05S5A is made of 316L stainless steel (the MT-AM05S5 is made of copper), which provides better corrosion resistance and outgassing characteristics, and the adjustment feel is more convenient for fine adjustments. The adjuster ends have a stop structure to prevent the locking rings from being unscrewed and falling off.

LBTEK stainless steel mount is used for installing Ø12 mm collimators, featuring 2 M4×0.2 precision adjusters without knobs but with locking nuts. The locking nuts are 6 mm hex nuts, adjustable with the MT-TW6 torque wrench. The collimator is secured by flexible spring plates and set screws. The 2 M4×0.2 precision adjusters without knobs but with locking nuts allow for pitch and yaw adjustment of the collimator using a hex key. The optical mount has M4 countersunk mounting holes on the side. The purchase of the LBTEK stainless steel mount includes hex socket ultra-thin head screws and a hex key.

LBTEK provides Hex-Key Adjustment Thumb Screws that allow quick adjustment of hex actuators, cap screws, and set screws. Unlike balldriver, they can remain in the hex socket of the screw during adjustment, enhancing convenience. Each size is sold in a set of four thumb screws. Additionally, a kit containing one of each size is also available.

The MT-OWR1 Lock Ring Wrench provided by LBTEK is specifically designed for adjusting the lock rings of MT-AM1S5 stainless steel mirror mounts. It features a dual-wrench-head design, allowing the lock ring adjustment and the threaded pair to be aligned in the same line. The Ø3 mm through-hole at the center of the wrench head enables a 2 mm hex key to pass through the wrench, facilitating simultaneous adjustment of the threaded pair while adjusting the lock ring.
