Product Description
  • UVFS (UV Fused Silica) substrate
  • Beam characterization, spectral analysis, and other pre-attenuation scenarios.
  • Compatible with 30mm Cage System
LBTEK offers UVFS substrate laser attenuation prism pairs, suitable for beam splitting sampling and interference detection in laser systems. UVFS (UV Fused Silica) material features an extremely low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion and excellent broadband Transmission from ultraviolet to near-infrared, ensuring long-term stable operation of the device in high-power laser environments. Within the working spectral range, this device provides a stable and controllable splitting ratio, with the beam split by a wedge-shaped Plate Beamsplitter without introducing significant wavefront Distortion. Ordinary parallel flat beamsplitter plates produce parasitic reflections from parallel end faces, forming ghost images that interfere with the optical path. LBTEK employs a wedge angle substrate design that effectively shifts the reflected light from the front and rear surfaces, preventing ghost image stray light from affecting the system's optical performance. The device surfaces undergo precision polishing, and various model products meet application scenarios across different wavelengths.

Laser Attenuation Prism Pair
  • High Laser Damage Threshold (LDT)
  • Laser Beam Attenuation
  • Housing Oxidation Treatment

LBTEK offers UVFS substrate laser attenuation prism pairs, which are highly suitable for laser optical path power sampling and beam attenuation, providing a stable splitting and sampling ratio over a broad spectral range. The beam undergoes Fresnel splitting at the prism bevel without introducing additional wavefront aberration. Ordinary parallel elements are prone to parasitic reflections that form ghost images and interfere with the optical path. LBTEK's laser attenuation prism pairs adopt a wedged prism pair configuration, which effectively eliminates parasitic reflections caused by parallel surfaces and prevents ghost image stray light from affecting the system's optical performance.

The housing is manufactured from anodized aluminum alloy through precision machining, and features standardized mounting interfaces: both end faces of the housing are equipped with evenly distributed SMI standard threaded holes (compatible with mainstream post-mounting methods, allowing direct integration into standard optical path systems). Meanwhile, high-precision dowel pin alignment holes are reserved, which can work with the post holder locking structure to ensure consistent optical path positioning after repeated assembly and disassembly. In addition, the hole pattern is also compatible with the modular integration scheme of 30 mm cage cube systems, facilitating rapid experimental platform setup on multi-axis stages or pre-aligned optical paths to meet various mounting requirements.
