The product adopts a precision guide rail structure, featuring a straightness of 3 μm and a movement parallelism of 15 μm, ensuring smooth operation and reliable positioning. The minimum graduation of the micrometer head is 10 μm, and the load capacity reaches 490 N, meeting the load requirements of conventional optical experiments and precision positioning. LBTEK's XYZ-axis Linear Stage is available in three drive types: end direct-drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive. All of them are driven along the XYZ axes and are equipped with a micrometer-head driver. The travel range is 25 mm, and the minimum scale division of the micrometer head is 10 μm. The stage top is 100 mm×100 mm in size and features M6 threaded holes. The bottom of the stage is equipped with four U-shaped slot positioning holes, allowing the stage to be secured in position with M6 screws.

LBTEK provides a bottom plate for mounting translation stages, suitable for translation stages with a table size of 100 mm × 100 mm. The aluminum alloy construction offers excellent rigidity. Equipped with M6 threaded holes, the translation stage can be secured to the bottom plate. Two M6 countersunk slots are positioned on both sides of the bottom plate, with spacing that is a multiple of the threaded hole spacing. The bottom plate can be locked parallel to an optical table or breadboard using M6 socket head cap screws. M6 mounting screws are included with purchase.
