LBTEK Z-Axis Horizontal Lifting Linear Stage adopts a lever-driven structure, its moving guide rail uses an HQG and steel ball structure, and it is paired with a high-quality micrometer head. It has a certain load-bearing capacity and high positioning accuracy, making it highly suitable for mounting optomechanical components that require height adjustment. In addition, the Z-Axis Horizontal Lifting Linear Stage provided by LBTEK can be assembled with HCLS60 and HCLS40 series manual Linear Stages into XZ/YZ/XYZ-axis stages. It also includes hand-tightened locking screws and provides a hex key slot fastening structure; the Z-Axis Horizontal Lifting Linear Stage can be locked and secured after reaching the predetermined position. Both the tabletop and base have M4/M3 mounting threaded holes and through-hole arrays with standard hole spacing to meet common mounting requirements.

This model (HCLS40-6CZ) has a main body made of aluminum alloy with a black anodized surface; the platform size is 40 mm × 40 mm, the Z-axis travel is 6 mm, and the minimum micrometer head graduation is 10 μm. The product straightness can reach 2.5 μm, the parallelism between the base and platform is 80 μm, the moving parallelism is 20 μm, the Z-direction load capacity is 88.3 N (9 kgf), and the stage body weighs 0.25 kg. The stage body features a hand-tightened locking screw and a hex socket slot fastening structure, allowing it to be locked and secured once in position. The platform has M4 threaded holes, making it easy to combine with HCLS40 series Linear Stages into XZ/YZ/XYZ stages; the four mounting holes at the bottom can be fixed to the HCLS40-6 mounting plate with M4 screws.
