LBTEK ring light sources utilize high-density LED arrays, offering advantages such as high brightness, compact form factor, stable power, and long lifespan. Available in four colors: red (620-630 nm) / green (520-530 nm) / blue (465-475 nm) / white (6000-10000 K), they are suitable for coaxial illumination and surface defect detection. When paired with the LBTEK four-channel digital controller (total power 60 W, output voltage 24 V, brightness adjustable from 0-255 levels, high-speed optocoupler external trigger), precise illumination control can be achieved. The light sources support mounting via coaxial support rods and clamping pins, facilitating system integration and alignment. For special wavelength requirements, please contact LBTEK for customization.
Ring Light Source
  • Typical wavelength range/color temperature: 465/520/620/6000K
  • Maximum input voltage: 24V
  • Dimensions: 63.5*38.1*60mm

LBTEK ring lights feature an LED tilted-angle design that directs beams to converge along the emission axis, providing uniform and bright illumination equivalent to coaxial bright-field light sources. The central clear aperture (CA) allows users to directly observe or image along the optical path, making them suitable for machine vision inspection, industrial observation systems, and other camera-based vision applications. The LBTEK ring light housing is equipped with four M3 coaxial threaded holes, compatible with cage system mounting requirements; three fixing screws are provided on the side for securing Ø1 inch lens tubes, camera lenses, and high-magnification zoom lens systems, which can be tightened with the included 2.0 mm hex wrench or ball-head screwdriver. The top M60×1.0 external thread interface facilitates the installation of accessories such as filters and diffusers.

Digital Driver
  • Constant voltage drive, RS232 communication
  • Digital display, 0-255 levels adjustable
  • External trigger input adopts high-speed optocoupler design, fast and reliable.

The digital controller provided by LBTEK features four-channel output with an output voltage of 24V and a total power of 60W, capable of powering four ring Light Sources simultaneously. Its control panel consists of a Light Sources interface, indicator lights, digital tubes, buttons, a serial port interface, a trigger port, and an AC socket with switch. The CH button is used to switch channels, displayed on the 1st digit of the digital tube; when it shows H1, it is always-on mode, and when it shows H0, it is always-off mode. ▲ is the increase key, and ▼ is the decrease key, used to adjust the brightness level, displayed on digits 2-4 of the digital tube. The serial port female connector is used for RS232 communication with a PC. The external trigger port is used for external input of a DC 12-24 V trigger signal to control synchronized output of the Light Sources; for external trigger wiring and operation, please refer to the manual.
