LBTEK three-axis Optical Fiber alignment stage, equipped with micrometer heads for three-axis linear motion, provides a travel range of ±6 mm on the X and Y axes and 13 mm on the Z axis. The stage features an all-stainless-steel structure with thermally matched hardened steel crossed-roller bearings, with angular deviations of less than 100 µrad on each axis, enabling high-straightness motion. It supports direct mounting of various Optical Fiber holders and device fixtures, and can be combined with tilt platforms from the same series to build a five-degree-of-freedom alignment system, meeting complex fiber coupling requirements.

LBTEK two-axis Optical Fiber tilt platform can achieve adjustment in two angular directions, θy/θz, with an adjustment range of ±5 ° and a sensitivity of 5 arcsec. The stage is equipped with standard threaded interfaces, load capacity of 22 N, and can directly mount various Optical Fiber holders and small Optical Components. The Optical Fiber Holders provided by LBTEK are used to mount Fiber Adapters onto a Fiber Coupling Stage. UP-FCH-SM05 and UP-FCH-SM1 are respectively compatible with SM05 (0.535″-40) and SM1 (1.035″-40) two sizes of Fiber Adapters. The adapters are locked by precision internal threads combined with end-face positioning, and the base is locked to the Fiber Coupling Stage system via a dovetail groove and set screw, making them suitable for scenarios such as fiber coupling and beam collection.

LBTEK Optical Fiber Chuck Rotation Mount UP-FCH-RFC is equipped with a 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) standard Optical Fiber chuck and enables 360° rotational adjustment of the chuck during alignment. The mount can rotate a full turn in the θx direction and features a built-in indexing mechanism with a sensitivity of approximately 2°, allowing users to adjust the polarization direction or beam incidence angle while maintaining the Optical Fiber end face position. The chuck is reliably locked to the stage rail via a precision mounting slot, and axial and rotational fine adjustment can still be performed after installation, making it suitable for experiments that require rotating the Optical Fiber to optimize fiber coupling efficiency or polarization state. With a Compact Form Factor, it is directly compatible with fiber coupling alignment stages without the need for additional adapters.

LBTEK Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF) Mounting Kit UP-FCH-PCH is designed for Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF) and can connect short lengths of Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF) to an optical fiber alignment and coupling translation stage. The mounting kit can be stably installed on the translation stage rail via a dovetail groove and locking screws. The V-groove, together with an optical fiber chuck and a silicone rubber pressure block, gently secures the optical fiber, ensuring positional stability during alignment while preventing compression damage to the optical fiber.

The universal bracket UP-FCS-561 provided by LBTEK is used to conveniently mount components alongside the Optical Fiber alignment and coupling translation stage series. The universal bracket features a dovetail rail on top, and its body has M3 counterbored holes, M4 threaded holes, and Ø3 mm pin holes for mounting other components.
