High-precision stainless steel translation stages are the core motion control components in precision optical fiber alignment and coupling systems, widely applied in scenarios such as laser processing, optical fiber sensing, spectral analysis, and quantum communication. This product series adopts a self-developed integrated crossed-roller guide rail, combined with an ultra-stable stainless steel structure, to maximize overall rigidity, ensuring smooth motion while providing excellent long-term stability. The outstanding stage compatibility and rich external interfaces allow for free combination of multiple modules, paired with predetermined actuation methods, providing X, Y, Z three-axis translational adjustment and θy, θz two-axis angular adjustment, meeting the alignment requirements of complex optical paths. The actuator drive solution offers sub-micrometer scale resolution, ensuring the reliability of precision adjustment.

LBTEK three-axis Optical Fiber alignment stage, equipped with micrometer heads for three-axis linear motion, provides a travel range of ±6 mm on the X and Y axes and 13 mm on the Z axis. The stage features an all-stainless-steel structure with thermally matched hardened steel crossed-roller bearings, with angular deviations of less than 100 µrad on each axis, enabling high-straightness motion. It supports direct mounting of various Optical Fiber holders and device fixtures, and can be combined with tilt platforms from the same series to build a five-degree-of-freedom alignment system, meeting complex fiber coupling requirements.

Can be assembled with a tilt platform to form a five-axis Fiber Coupling Stage.

It can also be combined with the same series three-axis translation stages to build a complete five-degree-of-freedom Optical Fiber alignment system. It is suitable for precision angle adjustment applications such as fiber coupling angle adjustment, beam pointing correction, and Optical Systems alignment.
