MP Series Compliant 3-Axis Displacement Stage Series features a fully integrated compact design. The X, Y, and Z axes each provide 4 mm of coarse adjustment travel and 300 μm of fine adjustment travel, with a table height of 62.5 mm and a standard optical axis height of 75 mm. The maximum load capacity reaches 1 kg, allowing the assembly of most optical components and optical fiber holders to meet diverse experimental setup requirements. This series employs parallel flexure mechanisms in place of traditional guide rail structures, fundamentally eliminating friction and mechanical backlash while delivering excellent long-term stability and thermal stability (thermal stability of 1 µm/°C). All adjustment components are coupled and fixed to an integrated base, effectively minimizing crosstalk between the three axes: runout displacement for the X and Y axes is <0.2 μm, and for the Z axis <0.4 μm; when the X or Y axis moves, the maximum crosstalk to the Z axis is <88 μm; when the Z axis moves, the maximum crosstalk to the X and Y axes is <66 μm, effectively ensuring ultra-high positioning accuracy and motion stability for independent movement of each axis. The top plate integrates precision grooves and a central keyway, enabling rapid, highly repeatable positioning and mounting/dismounting of compatible accessories. The series adopts a modular, replaceable drive design that supports users in flexibly configuring drive methods between manual adjustment and motorized automation according to application requirements. This series also offers two flexure stage mounting bases, specifically designed for the MP Series compliant 3-axis displacement stages, for mounting microscope objectives, collimators, or other optical components onto the stage top plate. The mounting bases feature a compact L-shaped design with an optical axis height of 12.5 mm, providing a total optical axis height of 75 mm after installation, compatible with standard optical system heights. The mounting bases are constructed from stainless steel to ensure material consistency with the stage body, reducing the impact of differential thermal expansion. This series replaces traditional guide rail structures with parallel flexure mechanisms, effectively eliminating friction and mechanical backlash, and delivers thermal stability of 1 µm/°C, significantly reducing interference from ambient temperature changes on precision alignment. All adjustment components are coupled and secured to an integrated base, minimizing cross-talk among the three axes and ensuring positioning accuracy during independent motion of each axis. All X, Y, and Z axes are pre-equipped with differential micrometer drives, supporting dual-speed adjustment of "coarse + fine", with a coarse adjustment travel of 4 mm and a fine adjustment travel of 300 µm. The coarse adjustment knob provides a rate of 500 µm/rev with a scale resolution of 5 µm; the fine adjustment knob provides a rate of 50 µm/rev with a scale resolution of 0.5 µm. It is also fitted with a rubber thermal insulation sleeve that effectively reduces interference from hand heat conduction on precision adjustment. The parallel flexure design ensures smooth, continuous motion and long-term stability, while the differential drive structure ensures precision without compromising ease of operation. The top plate incorporates precision grooves to facilitate rapid and accurate alignment of Multi-Axis Stages accessories. Typical applications include sealing the optical path using Ø1/2" Lens Tubes. The compact L-shaped design ensures that the optical axis is positioned 12.5 mm above the translation stage. It is secured to the top plate of the translation stage with mounting bolts, which are machined with flat sides to facilitate insertion or removal of the mount without the need to remove the fixture.
