LBTEK TS series 0.5-inch optical mounts are specifically designed for mounting Optical Components with a mounted diameter of 12.7 mm, supporting both left-handed and right-handed mounting methods. They are equipped with M4×0.2 precision adjustment screws, enabling angle adjustment of ±5° in the pitch and yaw directions. After wide temperature-range cycling tests spanning more than 15°C, the pitch/yaw angle drift of TS mounts can be controlled within 4 μrad. To more comprehensively evaluate actual position deviation in two-dimensional space, LBTEK adopts a combined drift indicator as the statistical criterion. This composite indicator is more stringent than traditional single-axis drift analysis and can more realistically reflect the stability of the mount under biaxial coupling effects. Based on this standard, the combined value of the TS series is limited to within 5 μrad. For detailed test methods and data, please refer to the curve section.

LBTEK low-drift stainless steel optical mount, pack of 10, compatible with Optical Components of 12.7 mm or 25.4 mm diameter, with a minimum compatible element thickness of 2 mm.

2 knobless M4×0.2 precision adjusters. The adjusters are driven by a hex wrench or thumbscrew to perform pitch and yaw adjustment of the Optical Components. M4 countersunk mounting holes are provided on the side of the mount. When purchasing LBTEK low-drift stainless steel mounts, ultra-thin-head hex socket screws and hex wrenches are included as complimentary accessories.
