LBTEK Super Mirror Sets are sold as a bundle combining Super Mirrors with optical mounts. Each set contains 6 identical Super Mirrors and 6 AMM-1B mounts, so a single purchase can meet the construction needs of multi-mirror systems. In applications such as optical resonant cavities, cavity ring-down spectroscopy, and multipass cells, the beam needs to undergo hundreds to thousands of round-trip reflections between Mirrors; even if the single-reflection loss is only 0.5%, the cumulative loss after multiple reflections is still considerable. LBTEK Super Mirrors keep single-reflection loss on the order of 0.01% through precisely deposited high-reflectance coatings, making them core components for realizing the above high-finesse systems. LBTEK Super Mirrors use UV Fused Silica (UVFS) as the substrate, with a high-reflectance coating deposited on the surface, and are available in five common wavelengths: 532 nm, 633 nm, 780 nm, 1064 nm, and 1550 nm. When used at a 45° angle of incidence(AOI), the s- and p-polarization reflectance at the nominal wavelength are both ＞99.99%. The AMM-1B mount in the set secures a Ø25.4 mm Mirror via an M4 nylon-tip set screw, enabling ±4° pitch/yaw adjustment and fine angular adjustment through a precision screw pair to meet precise optical path alignment needs.
