LBTEK offers Active Vibration Isolation Platform series - Auto Leveling. The Active Vibration Isolation Platform is composed of a base, support elements, a stage, sensors, a controller, and an actuator system. The stage is supported by springs, keeping it in a floating state. The vibration state of the stage is monitored by extremely sensitive sensors. The controller analyzes and processes the feedback signals from the sensors, and controls the actuators to generate real-time reaction forces against the stage's vibration, achieving 6 degrees of freedom active vibration isolation.
