The Free-Space Rotation Mount provided by LBTEK is suitable for mounting Ø25.4 mm optical components and offers 360° rotation. The side thumb screw enables switching between coarse and fine adjustments. During coarse adjustment, the rotation dial has a scale accuracy of 1°, with differential line accuracy of 5′ (0.08°). For fine adjustment, the micrometer head provides an adjustment range of ±5° with an accuracy of 1.2′ (0.02°), and the micrometer head can be locked via the thumb screw on its top. The base features an M4 threaded hole for connecting to optical posts.

The RMS-05A Rotating Mount is specifically designed for Ø1/2 inch optical elements, enabling 360° continuous manual coarse adjustment and backlash-free fine adjustment. Its SM05 (0.535"-40) internal threaded hole is compatible with Ø1/2 inch optical elements with a maximum thickness of 5.9 mm. The optical element is secured by the rear internal lip together with the standard SM05 retaining ring.

The outer edge of the rotating disk is equipped with a laser-etched scale with a minimum division of 2°, allowing for coarse adjustment via the knurled ring at the rear of the mount. The vernier reading multiplied by 2 converts to arcminutes. A built-in M3*3 set screw is used to lock the dial, working in conjunction with the adjustment screw for fine-tuning.

LBTEK 1-inch free-space rotation mount is suitable for mounting Ø25.4 mm Optical Components (such as wave plates, polarizers, and other anisotropic optical components), supports 360° continuous rotation, with a scale accuracy of 2° and scale number markings every 20°; the side is equipped with a set screw to lock the rotating body after adjustment to prevent position drift; the bottom features an M4 threaded hole for connecting to an optical post, making it easy to integrate into existing optical path systems; this group offers three products to meet different functional requirements:

CMRM1: optical axis center height 27 mm, axial circular runout less than 30 μm, meeting the angle adjustment requirements of conventional polarizing elements, easy to operate, and cost-effective;
CMRM1-DR: rotation adjustment angle range 235° (360° rotation is not possible due to space occupied by accessories), when the graduation line is aligned with 0°, the digital display angle reads 90°±1° (due to machining errors of accessory mounting holes), optical axis center height 27 mm, axial circular runout less than 30 μm, comes with a detachable magnetic electronic digital angle readout, display resolution 0.05°, comprehensive angular recognition accuracy ±0.5°, which is higher than that of CMRM1, and provides more direct differential readings than CMRM1S without the need for differential calculation;

CMRM1S: optical axis center height is 27.7 mm, upgraded on the basis of CMRM1 functions, supports differential reading, enabling higher-precision angle reading; at the same time, the scale centerline is extended to the fast Axis direction of the wave plate or the polarization direction of the polarizer, allowing users to directly read the angular position of the fast Axis or polarization direction without additional conversion or marking; the top also features an additional differential scale, further enhancing convenience, making it suitable for precision polarization experiments requiring high angular accuracy

The LBTEK CMRM05 Free-Space Rotation Mount is designed for mounting Ø12.7 mm anisotropic optical components, featuring 360° rotation with 2° scale accuracy and numerical markings every 20°. It includes a side locking screw to secure the rotating body. The base is equipped with an M4 threaded hole for connecting to optical posts. The top features a U-shaped groove for installing LBTEK Ø6 mm coaxial system mounting posts, facilitating experimental alignment.

The LBTEK CMRM05S Free-Space Rotation Mount is designed for mounting Ø12.7 mm anisotropic optical components, featuring 360° rotation with 2° scale accuracy and numerical markings every 20°.
