LBTEK precision optical mounts are commonly used to install 0.5-inch, 1-inch, 1.5-inch, 2-inch, Ø11 mm cylindrical and rectangular optical components, providing an angular adjustment range of ±4°. The bottom features M4 threaded holes or countersunk holes for screws, enabling left- or right-hand mounting. Compared with LBTEK standard O-type two-dimensional optical mounts, the adjusters can be locked and the back plate is thicker, thereby enhancing stability. The precision optical mount adjusts the angle through three precision adjustment threaded pairs (with locking function) of M5X0.25 or M6X0.25.

LBTEK Type A Precision Optical Mount with internal threaded through-hole, which secures optical components using two retaining rings. The bottom of the mount is equipped with either an M4 tapped hole or a countersunk hole for M4 screws, allowing for left or right-handed installation to connect to optical posts. All Type A Precision Optical Mounts feature dual retaining rings for securing optical components. The maximum thicknesses of optical components that can be accommodated by AMM3-05A, AMM3-1A, AMM3-1.5A, and AMM3-2A are 3.8 mm, 4.0 mm, 6.5 mm, and 5.2 mm, respectively. The AMM3-05A comes with three M5X025-22KLB precision adjustment screw pairs, while the AMM3-1A, AMM3-1.5A, and AMM3-2A each include three M6X025-22KLB precision adjustment screw thread pairs. All threaded bushings feature a flexure clamp mechanism, and the locking screws can be secured using a 2.0 mm hex key. Purchasing an LBTEK Precision Optical Mount includes one 2.0 mm hex key. LBTEK Type B Precision Optical Mount, smooth bores, no knobs, uses set screws to secure optical components. The bottom of the mount is equipped with M4 tapped holes or countersunk holes for M4 screws to connect with optical posts. Type B precision optical mounts all use rubber-tipped screws to secure optical components, with minimum applicable optical component thicknesses of 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm, and 4 mm respectively. The AMM3-11BS, AMM3-05B, and AMM3-05BS models each come with 3 M5X025-22KLB precision adjustment threaded pairs, while the AMM3-1B, AMM3-1.5B, and AMM3-2B models each come with 3 M6X025-22KLB precision adjustment threaded pairs. All threaded bushings feature a flexure clamp mechanism with clamping screws that can be secured using a 2.0 mm hex key. The AMM3-11BS and AMM3-05BS models without knobs are suitable for compact space.
