The LBTEK standard optical climbing components kits is used for redirecting light beams and altering beam height. The system includes two 45° optical mounts capable of 360° rotation, which can be locked in position using side screws after adjustment to the desired angle. Additionally, both the 45° mounts and post slider can be purchased separately. The 45° mount provides pitch, offset, and rotation control. This mount not only allows for continuous 360° rotation but also offers ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment with a precision of 0.4° per turn. The mount can accommodate optical components with a diameter of 25.4mm and a minimum thickness of 3mm. Optical components must be purchased separately.

The components include two 45° adjustment mounts, two rod sliders, one fork block, one rod base, one guide rod, and one connecting rod. Note 1: The components do not include mirrors (optics sold separately). Note 2: Except for the fork block, all other parts are pre-assembled before shipment. Note 3: 1. The OBS-305 consists of the following: AMM-1BT1×2, SC1×2, PR-1A×1, PHC-32×1, MOP-300×1, OP1-300B6×1. Customers can purchase accessories separately to assemble a climbing stand. All assembly screws and wrenches are included in the accessories. To assemble the OBS-205, for example, with a Ø25 optical post requiring an M4 top, replace the MOP-300 with MOP-200 and OP1-300B6 with OP1-200B6.

The OBS-205 can adjust the height of the incident beam by installing a 25.4 mm reflector.

The 45° adjustment mount provides pitch, offset, and rotation control. This mount not only allows for 360° continuous rotation but also enables ±4° pitch and yaw adjustments, with a tuning precision of 0.4° per revolution (the three-axis adjustment mount additionally offers 6.5mm translation adjustment in the Z-direction). This mount can hold optical components with a diameter of 25.4 mm and a minimum thickness of 3 mm.
