LBTEK nanoparticle film linear polarizers are meticulously crafted using soda-lime glass substrates combined with a precision silver nanoparticle embedding process. By precisely controlling the ellipticity and arrangement of nanoparticles, high-precision modulation of the operating wavelength and polarization performance can be achieved. Compared with traditional polymer polarizers, this product offers several outstanding advantages, including a higher extinction ratio, higher damage threshold, wider operating temperature range, and excellent environmental adaptability, making it suitable for various complex optical scenarios. Currently, LBTEK provides seven series and two sizes of nanoparticle film linear polarizers, with operating wavelengths covering multiple bands within the range of 365 nm to 5000 nm. The standard sizes are Ø12.5 mm and Ø25.0 mm (available in unmounted and mounted versions). LBTEK Nanoparticle Film Linear Polarizer (with Antireflection Coating, Unmounted) is available in two standard sizes: Ø12.5 mm and Ø25.0 mm, supporting user-defined assembly methods for flexible adaptation to various optical applications. This series is an addition of the antireflection coating (-AR) version based on the original VIS600, VISIR, and IR1300 series, which can effectively improve optical transmission. Both sides of the product are equipped with Schott B270 glass protective layers, and the sides are marked with dots indicating the direction of the polarization transmission axis, eliminating the need for additional calibration. The entire series is relatively sensitive to stress; it is recommended to use a stress-free retaining ring during installation, or you can directly purchase the mounted version.

LBTEK nanoparticle thin-film linear polarizers (uncoated, unmounted versions) are available in two standard sizes: Ø12.5 mm and Ø25.0 mm, with an operating wavelength range covering 365 nm to 5000 nm, making them suitable for various optical applications. Different series have distinct structures and performance characteristics: the NIR and MIR series feature no window glass protection, with a thickness of ≤0.25 mm, making them thin and lightweight. Due to size limitations, the polarization transmission axis direction cannot be marked on the side, so they must be handled with care. During use, an analyzer can be employed to confirm the polarization direction; the UV380, VIS500, VIS600, VISIR, and IR1300 series are equipped with Schott B270 glass protective layers on both sides, with the polarization transmission axis direction marked by dots on the side, eliminating the need for additional calibration. Compared to the glass-free versions, their operating temperature and Laser Damage Threshold (LDT) are slightly reduced. All series products are relatively sensitive to stress. During installation, it is recommended to use stress-free retaining rings, or you can directly select the mounted versions.

This series adds an Antireflection Coating (AR Coating) version based on the original VIS600, VISIR, and IR1300 series, effectively improving optical transmission. Considering that nanoparticle film linear polarizers are thin and stress-sensitive, all mounted nanoparticle film linear polarizers use stress-free retaining rings. The housing surface is engraved with parameters such as the Item, wavelength range:, and transmission axis direction for quick user identification.

BTEK Nanoparticle Film Linear Polarizer (uncoated, mounted version) is available in two standard sizes of Ø12.5 mm and Ø25.0 mm, mounted in SM05-8A and SM1-8A standard lens tubes respectively (mechanical housing cannot be disassembled), suitable for various optical applications. The operating wavelength range of the Nanoparticle Film Linear Polarizer covers 365 nm to 5000 nm, including seven series. Different series have variations in structure and performance: the NIR and MIR series have no window glass protection and are light and thin overall (thickness ≤ 0.25 mm); the UV380, VIS500, VIS600, VISIR, and IR1300 series are equipped with Schott B270 glass protective layers on both sides. Compared with the unglassed versions, their operating temperature and Laser Damage Threshold (LDT) are slightly reduced. Considering that the Nanoparticle Film Linear Polarizer is thin and sensitive to stress, all mounted Nanoparticle Film Linear Polarizers use stress-free retaining rings. The housing surface is engraved with parameters such as Item, wavelength range, and transmission axis direction, allowing users to quickly identify and use them.
