LBTEK Super Mirrors are fabricated by depositing multiple layers of high and low refractive index dielectric reflective films on UV fused silica substrates. By increasing the number of layers to enhance reflectivity, the super mirrors can achieve a reflectivity better than 99.99% at the designed wavelength, making them suitable for optical systems with extremely high reflectivity requirements. LBTEK offers super mirrors at five wavelengths: 532 nm, 632.8 nm, 780 nm, 1064 nm, and 1550 nm. For other customization needs, please contact LBTEK technical support.

The LBTEK super mirror utilizes a fused silica substrate with an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion and outstanding thermal shock stability. The frosted back design effectively reduces the impact of back-reflected light on experimental systems. LBTEK offers super mirrors with a diameter of 25.4 mm, designed for a 45° angle of incidence, and optimized for wavelengths of 532 nm, 632.8 nm, 780 nm, 1064 nm, and 1550 nm.
