The Motorized Stage controllers provided by LBTEK are five-phase Stepper Motor controllers with open-loop control, and different types of controllers can be selected according to different motor types. Each controller is available in 1-axis, 2-axis, and 3-axis options, so controllers with different axis counts can be selected according to requirements. EM-CS series controllers feature an SMA interface that supports external trigger TTL modulation and use a USB Type-B interface for driver-free connection to a computer, making them convenient and fast. EM-CV series controllers feature a BNC interface that supports external trigger TTL modulation and use a USB Type-c interface for connection to a computer; a corresponding USB Type-c cable or USB Type-B cable is included for each. The HDB15 interface on the controller is used to connect the motor, and a controller extension cable is included. In addition, EM-CS series controllers meet CE certification requirements. The Motorized Stage has fully functional control Software and supports multi-language Secondary Development in C/C++, Labview, c#, python.

The five-phase Stepper Motor Stage controller provided by LBTEK is used to control stages that use five-phase Stepper Motors. The controller is available in 1-axis, 2-axis, and 3-axis versions, allowing users to select the appropriate controller based on the number of motion axes in the system. The HDB15 interface on the rear of the controller is used to connect the stage and supports automatic stage identification. Each axis has a set of SMA connectors for input/output signal connections, and the USB Type-B interface is used for driver-free connection to a computer. The controller software provided by LBTEK not only has multiple Motion Control modes to meet general Motion Control requirements, but also adds a high-precision position compensation function and supports multi-language Secondary Development in C/C++, Labview, c#, and python. The 2-axis and 3-axis controllers support arbitrary 2-axis and 3-axis linear interpolation as well as 2-axis circular interpolation.

The EMJC3 joystick controller provided by LBTEK needs to be used in conjunction with our EM-CS series stepper motor stage controllers. It is primarily designed to control the XYZ three axes, with the X-axis defaulting to left-right control, the Y-axis to up-down control, and the Z-axis to clockwise or counterclockwise rotation control. It integrates speed adjustment, stop, and homing functions, supporting emergency stop to return to the zero position. After the EM-CS series stage controller automatically recognizes the default parameters of the stage, the joystick can be plugged in and used immediately without any PC connection or setup, making it convenient and efficient. A 1.5-meter-long USB 3.1 standard Type-A to Type-C data cable is included with the shipment for connecting the joystick controller to the stage controller. When the stage controller is connected to a PC for operation, the controller software has the function to disable simultaneous joystick operation to prevent confusion caused by multi-point control, ensuring safety and reliability.
