The semiconductor laser provided by LBTEK consists of a laser diode and an adjustable driving power supply, featuring a compact and space-saving design. It offers high output power stability and long service life, with continuously adjustable output power for easy operation and extended continuous operation. The laser operates reliably, and the power supply is equipped with overheat and current-limiting protection circuits (including a fuse). It can be applied in fields such as DNA sequencing, flow cytometry, digital imaging, analytical chemistry, particle measurement, laser confocal microscopy, and Raman spectroscopy, making it an excellent choice for optical system design and integration, as well as for end-user R&D. The laser comes with a collimator and can output a fixed mode at center wavelengths of 405 nm, 488 nm, 532 nm, 635 nm, 780 nm, 850 nm, 980 nm, 1064 nm, 1310 nm, and 1550 nm. LBTEK semiconductor lasers are provided with detailed user manuals and test reports, and customization services are also available, including different wavelengths and output power specifications. It is recommended that users follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment during operation.

It offers high output power stability, long service life, continuously adjustable output power, simple operation, and can operate continuously for extended periods. The output power options include >20 mW, >50 mW, >100 mW, supporting TEM00 mode output, with power stability (4h, rms) ≤1%. It is widely used in fields such as precision measurement and high-resolution spectral analysis. LBTEK provides detailed user manuals and test reports, and also supports laser customization (different wavelengths and output powers, etc.).
