The five-phase stepper motorized angular stage from LBTEK is a precision angle adjustment translation stage driven by five-phase stepper motors, delivering accurate and stable height adjustment across its entire travel range. The stage motor can move loads weighing up to 5.0 kg on a 90 mm × 90 mm mounting plate, with minimal pitch and roll deviation and high repeatability. The stage features 25 M6 tapped holes for optomechanical component mounting, while four M6 countersunk holes on the base allow installation onto breadboards, optical tables, or other stages using M6 screws. This motorized stage requires pairing with a compatible controller, and LBTEK offers the EM-CS5-x series controllers for operation.

LBTEK two-phase stepper motorized angular stage is an angular adjustment stage driven by a two-phase stepper motor. This stage provides precise and stable height adjustment over the entire travel range. The stage motor is capable of moving loads up to 5.0 kg on a 90 mm×90 mm mounting platform, with low pitch and roll deviation and high repeatability. The stage surface has 25 M6 threaded holes for mounting optomechanical components; the bottom has four M6 counterbore holes for mounting to breadboards, optical tables, or other stages using M6 screws. The stage needs to be used with a two-phase motorized stage controller, which is to be provided by the user.

The five-phase stepper motor stage controller provided by LBTEK is used to control stages that use five-phase stepper motors. The controller is available in 1-axis, 2-axis, and 3-axis versions; users can choose the appropriate controller according to the number of motion axes in their system. The HDB15 interface on the rear of the controller is used to connect to the stage and supports automatic stage recognition. Each axis has a set of SMA interfaces for input/output signal connections, and a USB Type-B interface is used for driver-free connection to a computer. The controller program provided by LBTEK not only has multiple motion control modes to meet general motion control requirements, but also adds a high-precision position compensation function, supporting secondary development in multiple languages including C/C++, LabVIEW, C#, and Python.

The EMJC3 joystick controller provided by LBTEK needs to be used in conjunction with our EM-CS series stepper motor stage controllers. It is primarily designed to control the XYZ three axes, with the X-axis defaulting to left-right control, the Y-axis to up-down control, and the Z-axis to clockwise or counterclockwise rotation control. It integrates speed adjustment, stop, and homing functions, supporting emergency stop to return to the zero position. After the EM-CS series stage controller automatically recognizes the default parameters of the stage, the joystick can be plugged in and used immediately without any PC connection or setup, making it convenient and efficient. A 1.5-meter-long USB 3.1 standard Type-A to Type-C data cable is included with the shipment for connecting the joystick controller to the stage controller. When the stage controller is connected to a PC for operation, the controller software has the function to disable simultaneous joystick operation to prevent confusion caused by multi-point control, ensuring safety and reliability.
