The LBTEK Laser Driver is specifically designed for butterfly semiconductor devices, integrating both laser diode driving and TEC control internally. It achieves constant current driving and temperature control simultaneously, featuring high current accuracy, excellent constant current characteristics, stable temperature performance, and strong anti-interference capability. Additionally, it offers robust protection functions, including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, current ramp-up, and current ramp-down protections, ensuring the safety of laser diodes and TEC components. The LBTEK Laser Driver supports external modulation input and provides two optional operating modes: constant current and constant power. It is highly suitable for applications in fiber-optic communications, fiber lasers, LiDAR, fiber sensing, and measurement instruments.

The LBTEK Laser Driver is specifically designed for butterfly semiconductor lasers and can drive butterfly lasers with different packages when paired with corresponding fixtures. The laser driver integrates both laser diode (LD) driving and TEC control internally, enabling simultaneous constant current driving and temperature control. The LD current output connector is a DB9 receptacle connector with a maximum output current of 2000 mA and a current resolution of 0.1 mA. The TEC temperature control output connector is a DB15 receptacle connector with a temperature control range of 5-70 °C. The high-performance TEC control offers excellent temperature precision and stability, supporting both hardware and software PID auto-tuning functions as well as software PID parameter settings. Additionally, the laser driver supports external modulation inputs for sine waves, square waves, and triangular waves, with a modulation bandwidth of up to 100 kHz. The LBTEK Laser Driver provides two optional operating modes: constant current and constant power, and its touch panel allows real-time monitoring of various laser parameters.
