The Near Infrared Spectrometer launched by LBTEK is equipped with a cooled linear array InGaAs detector, featuring a wide spectral coverage range, fast acquisition speed, and high signal-to-noise ratio. The chip-level internal cooling technology effectively suppresses dark current noise, increases the dynamic range, and enhances the detection capability of weak signals. The LBS8000 series offers two spectral bands: 900 to 1700nm and 2500nm, making it suitable for detecting near-infrared laser spectra, fluorescence spectra, and radiation spectra. It is a high-performance spectral measurement device for near-infrared applications. Equipped with the LBSpectra control software developed by LBTEK specifically for spectrometers, it enables spectral curve acquisition and routine analysis. When combined with LBTEK light sources, optical fibers, reflection probes, and integrating spheres, it can quickly build transmission, reflection, and absorption measurement systems, meeting the needs of scientific research and industrial applications such as agricultural and food composition testing, tobacco moisture analysis, petrochemical process monitoring, and pharmaceutical raw material identification.

The LBS8000 series Spectrometers provided by LBTEK is an R&D product specially designed for near-infrared measurement scenarios. The instrument is designed based on the Czerny-Turner structure, integrating stepped order-sorting filters to eliminate higher-order diffraction, with a wavelength response range covering 900 - 1700 nm / 900 - 2500 nm. The detector employs a 256-pixel linear array InGaAs detector, combined with chip-level TEC deep cooling and low-temperature anti-condensation design, effectively suppressing detector dark current. The cooling temperature difference can reach 40°C below ambient temperature, and the device can acquire spectra at the ms level, meeting online detection requirements. The full series adopts SMA905 Optical Fiber interface and USB2.0 communication, compatible with various application scenarios such as laboratory spectral research, laser detection, material analysis, and industrial online detection.
