Product Description
  • Hamamatsu cooling-type Detectors, with peak quantum efficiency of 95%
  • Low noise, high signal-to-noise ratio, high resolution
  • Long integration time, adapted for weak optical signal detection
  • Provide customized services according to user needs
The High Sensitivity TEC-Cooled Spectrometer launched by LBTEK adopts Hamamatsu cooled Detectors, featuring low noise, high signal-to-noise ratio, high resolution, and high quantum conversion efficiency, making it particularly suitable for weak light detection scenarios requiring long exposure times. The thermoelectric internal cooling design suppresses dark current noise by lowering the sensor operating temperature, delivering ultimate sensitivity significantly superior to uncooled solutions, allowing weak signals such as fluorescence and Raman to be resolved with high fidelity under long exposure conditions. LBTEK provides the LBSpectra control Software developed specifically for its spectrometers, enabling users to perform routine operations on spectral curves through software control. Combined with the various spectral application kits available from LBTEK Mall, it enables detection of parameters such as Reflectance and transmittance.
High Sensitivity TEC-Cooled Spectrometer
  • Signal-to-noise ratio: 1000:1, at saturation
  • Integration time: 4 ms - 15 min
  • Minimum cooling temperature: 40°C below ambient temperature

LBS7000 is a High Sensitivity TEC-Cooled Spectrometer designed for weak light detection applications. The entire instrument is designed based on a crossed Czerny-Turner optical path structure, which effectively suppresses stray light while ensuring high resolution and maintaining both low noise and high light throughput. The Detector employs a Hamamatsu thermoelectric internal cooling (TEC) area array detector, which can lower the sensor operating temperature to 40°C below ambient temperature, effectively suppressing dark current noise. The instrument achieves a signal-to-noise ratio of 1000:1. The detector adopts a special back-thinning process, achieving a peak quantum efficiency of up to 95%. The integration time covers a wide range from 4 ms to 15 min, making it suitable for weak light detection scenarios requiring long integration times. LBS7000-532R and LBS7000-785R are designed for Raman measurement scenarios excited by 532 nm and 785 nm lasers, respectively. LBTEK supports personalized custom development; if you have related needs, please consult technical support.
