The LBTEK Three-Axis Fiber Collimator adopts a high-stability adjustment system design, enabling Z+ pitch and yaw three-axis adjustability, significantly improving users' adjustment efficiency when aligning fiber collimator outputs. Since lens focal length varies with wavelength changes, conventional collimators only achieve optimal collimation/coupling effects at the designed wavelength. However, the adjustable focal length design of the three-axis fiber collimator allows it to operate across a broad wavelength range, achieving ideal collimation/coupling through flexible adjustments for different usage wavelengths. The housing is made of high-stability nickel-copper alloy, ensuring product reliability and stability during use. Additionally, LBTEK offers three focal length options: 4 mm, 7.5 mm, and 11 mm, catering to different spot size requirements.

The LBTEK three-axis fiber collimator offers three coating options (A/B/C), covering wavelengths from 350-1700 nm. It is available in three focal lengths: 4 mm, 7.5 mm, and 11 mm. While the connector and fiber remain stationary, the built-in lens provides three degrees of freedom for alignment: pitch and yaw angle adjustment, as well as Z-axis tuning. The pitch and yaw angle adjustment range is ±5°, and the Z-axis travel range is ±1 mm. After inserting the fiber, tighten the side set screw to secure the fiber position. Once alignment is complete, tighten the locking screw on the housing side to fix the Z-axis position. The collimator purchase includes corresponding eccentric adjustment accessories.

LBTEK's FC/PC connector three-axis fiber collimator has a coating wavelength of 350-700 nm; a focal length of 11 mm; when the connector and fiber remain stationary, the built-in lens has three alignment degrees of freedom: pitch and yaw angle alignment and Z-axis adjustment. The LBTEK Three-Axis Fiber Collimator Adapter Accessories can be used to achieve various connections for three-axis fiber collimators, meeting the installation requirements of three-axis fiber collimators in different application scenarios. The TAD-19.5 features SM1 external threads, enabling the connection of three-axis fiber collimators to optical component mounts with SM1 internal threads. The FP-19.5 is equipped with three M3 threaded holes on the side for securing fiber collimators, and three M4 countersunk holes on the bottom for compatibility with various fiber coupler bases. The TF-19.5 includes four M2 countersunk holes, facilitating the connection between three-axis fiber collimators and various five-axis fiber coupler accessories. The SL-19.5 features an M18.6×0.5 internal thread, allowing the connection of three-axis fiber collimators to semiconductor lasers. All four adapter accessories come with a Ø19.5 mm inner bore and M3 threaded holes, enabling the use of a 1.5 mm hex wrench to adjust M3 set screws for securing three-axis fiber collimators.
