The LBTEK Aspheric Fiber Collimator with Single-Mode Pigtail is precisely assembled from a single-mode fiber pigtail and an aspheric lens, housed in a 304 stainless steel casing. The compact internal structure of the fiber collimator allows it to collimate the output beam to achieve a specific beam diameter, as well as focus and couple external parallel beams into the fiber. LBTEK offers aspheric fiber collimators with single-mode pigtails at central wavelengths of 405 nm, 532 nm, 780 nm, 850 nm, 1064 nm, and 1550 nm, featuring connector types such as FC/PC or FC/APC, with a fiber length of 1.0 m. Additionally, LBTEK provides various customization services, including tailored fiber lengths, designed wavelengths, and output spot diameters. LBTEK's gradient-index collimator consists of an FC/PC connector, optical fiber, and collimating head. It effectively collimates the light transmitted through the fiber and outputs it into free space, while also serving as a receiver to couple parallel beams from free space back into the fiber for transmission. Featuring a compact structural design, the angled tail fiber and aspheric lens are precisely adjusted to ensure Gaussian beam quality and excellent collimation characteristics. Both the lens and fiber surfaces are coated with anti-reflection films, significantly reducing back reflections at the output end and minimizing optical noise in the optical link.
