LBTEK’s 316L stainless steel solid breadboards are sandblasted and passivated, designed for constructing compact optical systems. These breadboards have a thickness of 12.7 mm and feature a standard array of M6 threaded through-holes and counterbored holes on the surface. Four counterbored holes are located at the corners of the breadboard, 25 mm from the edge, allowing for installation onto an optical table surface via these counterbored holes. The pitch of the M6 threaded holes is 25 mm, and they are positioned 12.5 mm from the edge of the breadboard. This stainless steel breadboard has undergone special treatment, enabling it to be used directly in vacuum environments as low as 10^(-6) Torr (or lower) immediately after unpacking in a clean environment. Users should wear gloves when handling these breadboards to prevent surface contamination from skin oils. The M6 threaded holes are spaced 25 mm apart and positioned 12.5 mm from the edges of the breadboard. This stainless steel breadboard has undergone special treatment, enabling it to be directly used in a vacuum environment of 10^(−6) Torr or even lower after unpacking in a clean environment.
