LBTEK offers double-density threaded hole, standard non-magnetic solid aluminum breadboards, suitable for constructing compact optical systems. The breadboards feature a black anodized surface to minimize surface reflections and reduce interference with optical systems. Equipped with a standard array of M6 threaded through-holes, the 12.5 mm hole pitch allows for convenient component mounting from both sides. The number of M6 threaded holes is double that of standard optical breadboards. LBTEK’s optical breadboards with a length greater than 300 mm feature five counterbored mounting holes; four are located at the corners of the breadboard, 25 mm from the edge, and one is positioned at the exact center. These five counterbored mounting holes can be used to install vibration isolation rubber mounts or other base mounts, or to mount the breadboard onto an optical table surface. When the center of the breadboard bears significant weight, adding an additional mount at the central counterbored hole ensures surface rigidity and minimizes deformation.
