LBTEK offers optical tables featuring an integrated air-suspension pendulum isolation system. The tabletop comprises four functional layers: a magnetically permeable stainless steel top plate, sealing cup layer, honeycomb core, and steel bottom skin. This structure effectively prevents liquid/particulate infiltration into the honeycomb structure while suppressing gas migration through threaded holes, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and hermetic integrity. The precision-machined surface features matte texturing, guaranteeing flatness within 0.05–0.10 mm across any 600 × 600 mm area with a surface roughness of 0.8 μm (Ra). Beneath the tabletop, vibration isolation is achieved through freestanding round legs in four or six-point configurations , eliminating structural resonance. The system integrates two core technologies: air-suspension system and pendulum isolation system. The air-suspension system employs dual-chamber air springs that generate a stable gas cushion between the platform base and hybrid-chamber support, enabling contactless ground coupling. Compressed air variations within rubber bellows provide primary damping, while the hybrid and auxiliary chamber design reduces vertical stiffness. Micron-sized orifices deliver optimized laminar flow damping for rapid energy dissipation during disturbances. The pendulum isolation system utilizes a precision-engineered triple-wire pendulum mechanism to achieve ultralow natural frequencies in horizontal axes, further attenuating high-frequency vibration transmission. Additionally, The vibration isolation system features an advanced pneumatic control circuit with premium-manufacturer components, ensuring operational reliability and extended service life.

The table top is made of 5mm thick magnetic conductive stainless steel plate, precision machined and treated with dimple matte finish, ensuring a flatness of 0.05~0.10mm/600×600mm and surface roughness of 0.8μm. The table thickness is available in 200mm or 300mm, with M6 threaded holes on the surface spaced at 25mm intervals and 25mm depth. LBTEK has launched air-floated pendulum isolator optical tables in sizes ranging from 1200 mm x 800 mm to 3000 mm x 1500 mm.
