The posts are fixed on the science workstation, the panel is connected to the 38mm posts via hinged clamps, and the baffle is fixed at the edge of the panel. There are two models of the tilted shelves available, designed for SWD0609/SWA0609 and SWD0912/SWA0912 science workstations.

The tilted shelf allows height adjustment as needed. Once the desired height is achieved, tighten the hinged fixing clamps with a wrench to securely bear a even load of 50kg. Its 12° downward inclination optimizes laboratory workflows by enhancing visibility and accessibility for equipment operation and storage. The 20mm raised edge ensures stable placement of devices, preventing them from sliding off the panel. If you prefer to use our 1000mm mounting posts (SW-EB100) instead of the included 750mm posts, they can be purchased separately on the LBTEK website.

The breadboard adapter bracket mainly consists of two steel adapter brackets. After assembling a breadboard of the corresponding size, it can be directly placed on the side of the science workstation frame, enabling lateral sliding adjustment. The purchased SW-BAB03 model is compatible with a 300mm×600mm breadboard, while the SW-BAB06 model is compatible with a 600mm×600mm breadboard. After installation, it can evenly bear a maximum load of 50kg, with a recommended local load not exceeding 20kg (200mm*200mm area). Note that SW-BABxx does not include a breadboard. If needed, you can purchase MBB-3060 or MBB-6060 on the LBTEK website.

The side shelf mainly consists of a wooden panel and two steel adapter brackets. The adapter brackets are directly placed on the side of the scientific workstation, and the panel is mounted on the adapter brackets. Before the set screws are tightened, the side shelf can slide left and right. Once the position is determined, it can be fixed using the set screws. The side shelf can be installed on either side of the side rails of the scientific workstation. The surface measures 600mm × 600mm, and it can hold mechanical or optical objects, with a uniform load capacity of 50kg. It is recommended that localized loads do not exceed 20kg (within a 200mm × 200mm area).

The lower shelf comes in two specifications, designed for SWD0609/SWA0609 and SWD0912/SWA0912 scientific workstations. This component mainly consists of two steel mounts and a wooden panel. The mounts are installed on the panel to ensure it can be securely fixed to the scientific workstation. The lower shelf spans across the workstation frame, providing substantial shelf depth without compromising leg space. It offers significant storage space both at the rear and sides of the scientific workstation, allowing heavy items to be placed away from the work surface. It can evenly bear a load of 100kg, with localized loading recommended not to exceed 20kg (200mm*200mm area).

The sample shelf mainly consists of four steel supports and a wooden panel. The panel is mounted on the supports, which are placed on the scientific workstation frame. Steel balls between the supports and frame enable sliding, while ball-type levelling screws allow precise surface adjustment. The sample shelf comes in two specifications, designed for SWD0609/SWA0609 and SWD0912/SWA0912 scientific workstations, with a maximum load capacity of 15kg (evenly distributed).

The breadboard mounting bracket mainly consists of a steel breadboard bracket, a hinged aluminum alloy adapter, and a 750mm long 38mm stainless steel post (excluded in SW-BMR01-N). The 300mm × 300mm breadboard mounts directly onto the bracket, which secures to the stainless steel post via the locking adapter. The post can be installed onto the scientific workstation frame. The locking adapter allows installation at any position on the post without removing the breadboard. Additionally, an hinged locking clamp (SW-AJ01) can be purchased for use in conjunction, which maintains the vertical position on the post while allowing free rotation around the post.

Note that the 300mm×300mm breadboard is not included in SW-BMR01 and can be purchased separately as MBB-3030 on the LBTEK official website. If you prefer to use our 1000mm post (SW-EB100) instead of the included 750mm one, it can be purchased separately from the LBTEK official website.

The computer shelf can be directly placed on the frame of the scientific workstation, primarily used to support computers or heavy objects. It can be installed on both the upper and lower guide rails of the scientific workstation frame. The shelf is made of high-strength Q235 steel and measures 400mm x 220mm.

The tool box can be directly placed on the overhead storage tray  (SW-HS09, SW-HS12) and can and slides laterally within the shelf slot. The tool box features 77 holes with a diameter of 13mm and 8 holes with a diameter of 5.6mm, which can be used to store small items such as wrenches and screwdrivers.

The 19-inch chassis rack consists of two steel mounting brackets and one steel adapter beam. The brackets are secured with bolts to the adapter beam, which connects to the scientific workstation. The adapter beam features three sets of mounting positions for the brackets, allowing left-offset, centered, or right-offset configurations. Objects mounted on the fixing brackets can have their height adjusted as required.

The entire 19-inch chassis rack is made of Q235 carbon steel with a black powder-coated matte finish, providing high structural strength and a load capacity of 60kg.

The 19-inch rackmount drawer is typically installed on a chassis rack (SW-CF09, SW-CF12) with mounting hole spacing of 462mm~467mm, using M6×50 screws paired with M6 nuts for installation. The height can be adjusted with the chassis rack. The drawer is equipped with the damped rails, allowing it to be smoothly pulled out from the enclosure. Each drawer also features a mechanical lock for enhanced security.

The LED light comes in two specifications, designed for SWD0609/SWA0609 and SWD0912/SWA0912 scientific workstations. The SW-LED09 and SW-LED12 feature power ratings of 15W/20W, luminous flux of 1350lm/1800lm, and a color temperature of 6500K. SW-LED09 can be installed on accessories such as SW-HT09, SW-HT09-N, SW-TP09, SW-TP09-N, while SW-LED12 can be mounted on SW-HT12, SW-HT12-N, SW-TP12, SW-TP12-N, etc. They are secured using M3 screws to fasten the LED bracket, which in turn holds the LED tube in place.

The monitor mounts clamps directly onto a 38mm diameter post, providing a maximum load capacity of 8 kg when securely tightened. The display can rotate 360° horizontally. This monitor mount is compatible with monitors featuring mechanical hole spacing between 75mm and 100mm, utilizing M4 screws for installation.

The keyboard holder consists of a movable articulated arm and an aluminum alloy tray. The tray is connected to the articulated arm via screws. The arm can be securely clamped onto a 38mm diameter mounting post. The tray features raised edges to prevent items from sliding off. The two-section articulated arm extends up to 375mm, and the tray measures 610mm × 195mm (length × width). The articulated arm is height-adjustable on the 38mm mounting post, allowing users to position the tray according to their preferences for ergonomic use and space efficiency.

The cable tray mainly consists of two steel adapters and one stainless steel tray. The two adapters can be hung on the scientific workstation frame, while the cable tray is placed on the adapters. The dimensions of the cable tray are 900mm × 100mm × 50mm (length × width × height), and it is entirely made of 4mm diameter steel wire. It can be used to place electric wires and fiber optic patch cords, with a maximum even load capacity of 5kg.

The power strip primarily integrates two mounting adapters and a 12-outlet module. The adapters can be directly mounted on the scientific workstation, while the power strip is installed on the two adapters. Featuring new GB-standard sockets housed in impact-resistant aluminum alloy, it incorporates the double-pole switch and SPD lightning protection, with M6 screws enabling installation. This power strip measures 690mm × 45mm × 45mm, with a maximum power of 4000W, a maximum current of 16A, a rated voltage of 220V, and an applicable voltage range of 110V~250V.

The 38mm diameter post is entirely made of 304 stainless steel and can be directly mounted on the optical table frame using the M16×150 bolt. The post comes in two lengths: 750mm and 1000mm, allowing customers to choose according to their needs. It is suitable for accessories requiring a 38mm diameter post, such as monitor mounts. Please verify whether the product includes the post—for example, the overhead shelf (SW-HT09) and the tilted shelf (SW-TP09) come with two 750mm posts pre-installed.

The hinged locking clamp is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and can be directly clamped onto a 38mm diameter post. It is primarily used to prevent accessories from sliding down the post or to allow accessories to rotate around the post. For example, when the hinged locking clamp (SW-AJ01) is installed under the breadboard mounting bracket (SW-BMR01), slightly loosening the breadboard mounting bracket's fixing clamp allows the breadboard to resist downward sliding while permitting rotational adjustment around the 38 mm post—achieving the required position.

The overhead storage box bracket is available in two models for SWD0609/SWA0609 and SWD0912/SWA0912 scientific workstations respectively. It includes two 750mm-long 38mm stainless steel posts (SW-HS09-N and SW-HS12-N exclude posts), a steel storage box rack, two hinged aluminum alloy locking adapters, and four plastic storage bins. Assembly involves screw-mounting the 38 mm posts onto the workstation, connecting them to the rack via hinged adapters, then hanging four bins. The storage box rack is primarily made of Q235 steel, with a 77mm×35mm empty slot at the top for flexible storage and organization of tools, kits, accessories, or toolboxes (SW-TB01, requires separate purchase).
