LBTEK High-Power Homogenizing DOE is fabricated from UV-Grade Fused Silica using a surface relief process, capable of shaping and homogenizing incident TEM₀₀ Gaussian beams into flat-top spots. The product is housed in a matching 1-inch mechanical housing with the part number engraved on the surface. Unless otherwise specified, the engraved side is generally the recommended beam incidence side for easy identification during installation and setup. Standard product specifications are designed based on a 100 mm focusing lens. When in actual use, focusing lenses with different focal lengths can be adapted, and the homogenized spot size has a linear relationship with the focal length.
