LBTEK High-Power Homogenizing DOE is a diffractive optical element fabricated from UV-Grade Fused Silica. Based on known incident beam parameters, lens focal length, and expected output beam parameters, the design phase is calculated through point-to-point mapping. The designed phase structure is then introduced using a surface relief process to achieve beam shaping and homogenization of Gaussian (TEM₀₀, M² < 1.3) incident beams. Compared to liquid crystal polymer, UV-Grade Fused Silica offers the properties of low absorption and high damage threshold, making it more compatible with applications in the ultraviolet wavelength range. Due to its advantages of high uniformity, sharp boundaries, and high damage threshold, it has significant application value in various scenarios such as laser medical aesthetics, laser processing, and surface treatment. The High-Power Homogenizing DOE is commonly used with a focusing lens for focused beam shaping. Standard products are designed with a default focal length of f = 100 mm. Available operating wavelengths include 343 nm, 355 nm, 515 nm, 532 nm, 1030 nm, 1064 nm, and 1080 nm. Output spots are available in square, rectangular, circular, and line-shaped options.
