Product Description
  • Solid/Powder Reflectance Measurement
  • Liquid/Solid Transmittance Measurement
  • Matching Light Sources and Spectrometers
LBTEK's Spectroscopy Analysis System is a comprehensive analytical platform based on fiber optic spectrometers, specifically designed for scientific research, industrial inspection, and educational applications. By integrating advanced optical components and precise mechanical structures, this system can efficiently acquire spectral information from solids (such as thin films, rough surfaces, etc.), liquids, and powders. The spectroscopy analysis systemsspectral analysis system offers five different configuration options to cover various application scenarios, allowing users to select the most suitable system according to their actual needs.
Transmittance/Reflectance Measurement Systems
  • Comes with an adjustable broadband continuous light source, with continuously adjustable light output intensity
  • Fiber optic connector type: SMA905
  • Equipped with two 5 mm diameter fiber collimating lenses

The LBTEK Transmittance/Reflectance Measurement System forms solid, liquid, and powder testing methods around the transreflectance mount. The slide length of the transreflectance mount is 200 mm, equipped with two collimating mirrors. When measuring the reflectance of solids/powders, the transreflectance mount is vertically fixed on a breadboard or optical platform using a right-angle adapter plate, with the sample placed on the breadboard/optical platform. For liquid transmittance testing, the transreflectance mount is placed horizontally, and a cuvette post holder is used to measure the liquid spectrum. For solid transmittance testing, a filter post holder is employed, with collimating lenses fixed at both ends of the post holder. The optical axis is 15 mm from the base, and the maximum thickness of solids that can be clamped is 10 mm.

Transmissive Measurement Systems
  • Compatible with adjustable broadband continuous light source, continuously adjustable light output intensity
  • Fiber conector type: SMA905

The LBTEK Transmission Measurement System utilizes a cuvette post holder to test the transmittance of liquids. The cuvette post holder can be used in conjunction with the fiber collimating lens LB74UV to achieve collimated beam output. The fiber collimating lens operates at a wavelength range of 185-2500nm and can connect to SMA905 connector fibers, with one end for fiber-coupled light source input and the other end connected to a spectrometer via fiber. The cuvette included in the kit has a 10mm optical path length, 100ul capacity, and is transparent on all four sides. The spectrometer model is AMOS-UVNIR, operating at a wavelength range of 200-1100nm. The light source used is a deuterium-halogen combined source, operating at wavelength ranges of 190-400 nm & 360-2500 nm.

Reflective Measurement Systems
  • Compatible with adjustable broadband continuous light source, continuously adjustable output intensity
  • Compatible with standard diffuse reflection reference panel

The LBTEK Reflective Measurement Systems have formed testing methods for solids, powders, and rough surfaces based on different applications. The SA-RMS-1 system is composed of a reflective integrating sphere as the core testing setup. The collimated light source emits parallel beams into the integrating sphere, where they undergo multiple diffuse reflections before uniformly exiting through the output port. It is primarily used to measure the optical reflectance of materials with strong diffuse scattering. The SA-RMS-2 system is built around a diffuse reflection fiber optic probe. The light source is connected to a beveled interface via optical fiber, and the divergent light is collimated by a fiber optic lens to form parallel beams that illuminate the sample. The reflected light from the sample surface or the excited emission light is coupled through another connector into the fiber for output. This system can measure diffuse reflection spectra and is also suitable for detecting fluorescence spectra on solid surfaces. The SA-RMS-3 system is centered around a reflection measurement bracket, used in conjunction with a Y-type reflection fiber with a TA connector. It allows multi-directional control of the fiber's incident and exit angles, making it widely applicable in scenarios requiring non-fixed angle measurements.
