  • Capable of Generating Annular Beams
  • High Efficiency and Stability, Easy Operation, Large Acceptance Angle, and High Damage Threshold
  • Design Wavelengths: 532 nm and 1064 nm; Ring Order m = 1, 2, or 4 Available
  • Supports Flexible Customization of Specifications
LBTEK Polymer Ring-Shaping DOE is fabricated from UVFS windows and liquid crystal polymer (LCP) material in a sandwich structure consisting of front and rear glass substrates with an intermediate LCP functional layer. In the LCP layer, the fast axis orientation of the liquid crystal molecules is generally uniform along the radial direction of the substrate and varies continuously along the azimuthal direction, providing a uniform λ/2 retardance across the entire element plane. Optimized in phase design and upgraded in material for industrial applications, the Polymer Ring-Shaping DOE supports customization of special point-ring energy distributions and offers high efficiency and stability, easy operation, and a high damage threshold, together with excellent temperature stability and a large acceptance angle range. LBTEK offers standard polymer ring-shaping DOEs with design wavelengths of λ = 532 nm and 1064 nm — the actual operating wavelengths can be broadened to cover 515–540 nm and 1030–1080 nm, respectively — and ring orders of m = 1, 2, and 4. Flexible customization of specifications is also supported from LBTEK to meet diverse applications. For details, please contact LBTEK Technical Support.
