The LS75-50 series translation stage from LBTEK utilizes linear crossed roller ralis, providing high load capacity while delivering ≤3 μm straightness and ≤15 μm motion parallelism across the entire travel range. The stage surface has dimensions of 75.7 mm × 140 mm with M6 tapped holes, and offers three drive types: end direct drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive. The base plate and top plate of the stage are equipped with quick-connect dovetails, enabling flexible assembly of multi-axis stages without additional adapters. The Z-axis stage assembly kit from LBTEK allows integration of an XY-axis linear translation stage and a Z-axis single-axis linear translation stage into an XYZ-axis linear translation stage.

The single-axis linear translation stage from LBTEK is available in three drive types: end direct drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive. All models feature single-axis drive with a micrometer head driver, providing 50 mm travel and 10 μm minimum micrometer graduation. The stage surface measures 75.7 mm × 140 mm with M6 tapped holes. The base incorporates four U-shaped slot positioning holes for securing the stage via M6 screws. Both the base plate and top plate feature quick-connect dovetails, enabling flexible assembly of multi-axis translation stages.

The stage top and bottom surfaces feature quick-connect dovetails.

Z-axis Translation Stage Assembly Kit

The kit includes angle brackets and Z-axis mounting plates;
Support for X-axis, Z-axis, XZ-axis, YZ-axis, or XYZ-axis configurations;
Compatible with LS75-50 series translation stages；

LBTEK offers two assembly kits, each containing a mounting plate and a vertical bracket for vertically mounting two LS75-50-series single-axis translation stages relative to each other. The LS75-50-XZ assembly kit can construct an XZ translation stage from two single-axis stages, while the LS75-50-YZ assembly kit can construct a YZ translation stage from two single-axis stages. Both kits can also be combined with a base plate and a single-axis stage to form a Z-axis translation stage. Each assembly kit includes a mounting plate with M6 tapped holes arranged in the same pattern as the tapped hole array on the stage surface. The mounting plate features two M4 countersunk holes for mounting optomechanics. Note: Optomechanics must first be secured with M4 socket head screws before fixing the mounting plate to the translation stage.

Use LS75-50-XZ to construct the XZ translation stage and use LS75-50-YZ to construct the YZ translation stage.

Base Plate with Rotation Adjustment

For coarse rotation or translation to align the stage with the platform hole array;

The LS75-50-D base plate from LBTEK features two orthogonal dovetails on its upper surface, enabling mounting of LS75-50-series translation stages from two directions. A central M6 countersunk hole and two radial slots allow coarse angular adjustment relative to the platform's M6 tapped hole array. If the translation stage is aligned with the platform's tapped hole array, the two M6 slotted countersunk holes on the edges can be used for installation.

The orthogonal dovetail on the upper surface of the LS75-50-D base plate allows for mounting the translation stage from two directions.
