Product Description
  • Operating wavelength range: 190-2600 nm
  • Adjustable gain: 0-70dB
  • Optional adjustable gain and fixed gain
Amplified photodetectors are primarily composed of key components such as photoelectric conversion elements and amplifier circuits. They are mainly used in fields such as optical communication, sensing, and medical equipment, where weak optical signals need to be converted into electrical signals. LBTEK's amplified photodetectors cover a wavelength range from ultraviolet to near-infrared (190-2600 nm) and can be used for measuring ultraviolet, visible, and infrared light. Two types are available: fixed gain and adjustable gain. The fixed-gain type provides sufficient gain while ensuring high bandwidth performance, making it suitable for scenarios with relatively stable signal strength. The adjustable-gain type offers eight adjustable levels, making it ideal for situations where optical signal intensity varies significantly.
Amplified photodetector, fixed gain
  • Operating wavelength covers 200-2600 nm
  • Detector type: Silicon/InGaAs
  • Fixed gain

LBTEK's fixed-gain amplified photodetector series covers both silicon and indium gallium arsenide types, providing sufficient gain while ensuring high bandwidth performance, making them suitable for weak light detection environments with relatively stable signal intensity. In terms of optical signal reception, they can directly receive free-space optical signal input or be adapted for fiber optic signal input requirements via SM1 series fiber optic flanges. The signal interface of the photodetector can be connected to downstream acquisition equipment such as oscilloscopes using BNC-BNC signal cables. The mechanical housing of the detector features SM05 internal threads and SM1 external threads, along with 2×M4 threaded holes for convenient mounting onto rods. Each amplified photodetector comes with a ±12 V linear power supply.

Note: This product series includes an SM1 internally threaded sleeve, which can be removed during use (both the STEP and PDF files include this sleeve).

Amplified photodetector, adjustable gain
  • Working wavelength covers 190-2600 nm
  • Detector type: Silicon/InGaAs
  • Adjustable gain

LBTEK's adjustable gain amplified photodetector series covers silicon and indium gallium arsenide types, with 8 adjustable gain levels, suitable for optical detection environments with large signal intensity variations. It can meet the development needs of photoelectric detection applications under different light intensity conditions. In terms of optical signal reception, it can directly receive free-space optical signal input or be adapted for fiber-optic signal input through SM1 series fiber optic flanges. The signal interface of the photodetector can be connected to downstream acquisition equipment such as oscilloscopes via BNC-BNC signal cables. The mechanical housing of the detector features SM05 internal threads and SM1 external threads, along with 2×M4 threaded holes, facilitating installation onto mounting rods. Each amplified photodetector comes with a ±12 V linear power supply.

Note: This product series includes an SM1 internally threaded sleeve, which can be removed during use (the STEP and PDF files both include this sleeve).
