LBTEK offers a variety of coaxial mounting plates designed for mounting Ø25.4 mm optical components, lens tubes, or parallel LED light sources. Both rectangular and circular shapes are available. The circular plates can be installed in mechanical components with SM2 internal threads or 50.8 mm diameter smooth-walled holes, all featuring a central SM1 threaded through-hole. The rectangular plates can be directly integrated into coaxial systems, with thickness options of 4 mm, 9 mm, and 12.5 mm. They offer central SM05, SM1, and RMS threads or smooth-walled holes with diameters of 25.4 mm, 30.5 mm, and 32 mm. All coaxial plates include four coaxial rod through-holes compatible with 30 mm coaxial systems, allowing free sliding along the rods. Each through-hole is equipped with an M3 or M4 locking screw on the side, which can be tightened using a 1.5 mm or 2 mm hex wrench.

The LBTEK 30 mm coaxial mounting plate is designed for mounting Ø25.4 mm optical components. It features an OPM-9BS with SM1 threaded through-hole (9 mm thickness) and includes 2 SM1R retaining rings. The base has M4 threaded holes for connecting to posts, and 4 coaxial rod through-holes compatible with 30 mm coaxial systems. Each side is equipped with a locking screw that can be tightened using a 1.5 mm hex wrench.

Three Optical Component Mounting Options Available

LBTEK 30 mm coaxial mounting plate is suitable for mounting Ø25.4mm optical components. The OPM-12.5 and OPM-12.5S models feature light wall mounting holes with top set screws for fixation. The OPM-12.5A and OPM-12.5AS models come with SM1 threaded mounting holes and limiting steps, including one SM1R retaining ring. The OPM-12.5BS model has an SM1 threaded through-hole and includes two SM1R retaining rings. The bottom is equipped with M4 threaded holes for connecting to mounting rods. Each coaxial rod through-hole has two locking screws on the side, which can be tightened with a 1.5 mm hex key.

The OPM-4B provided by LBTEK features a thinner design with a thickness of only 4 mm, making the optical system more compact. It has an SM1 threaded hole in the center for expanding other mechanical components with SM1 threads, such as fiber optic flanges. The four coaxial rod through-holes are compatible with 30 mm coaxial systems, and each side is equipped with a locking screw that can be tightened using a 1.5 mm hex wrench.

LED parallel light source

The LBTEK 30 mm Coaxial Light Mounting Plate features an internal light-wall hole, suitable for installing Ø32 mm LED parallel light sources. The included coaxial mounting plate comes with four through-holes compatible with 30 mm coaxial systems. The coaxial plate can slide freely along the coaxial rod and is secured by the built-in M4 concave-end set screw on the side. The light source is fixed by the M4 rubber-head screw on top of the coaxial plate, which can be tightened using a 2 mm hex wrench. The bottom includes M4 mounting holes. The package includes two concave-end set screws, one rubber-head screw, and one 2 mm hex wrench.
