LBTEK's Scanning Fabry-Perot Interferometer (SFPI) offers four optical coatings with a working range from 350 nm to 2000 nm, featuring a free spectral range of 1.5 GHz and a minimum cavity finesse of 200. The reflectivity of the mirrors inside the device is typically above 99%, significantly enhancing the resolution and sensitivity of the SFPI. Its resolution is far superior to that of ordinary spectrometers, and the adjustable scanning range allows for flexible application in various spectral analysis scenarios. The mechanical housing surface is equipped with M4 threaded holes, enabling direct installation on mounting rods or, as shown in the right figure, mounting on a two-inch adjustment stage.

LBTEK's Fabry-Perot Interferometer Driver SFPI-C is used to generate voltage signals that drive piezoelectric transducers, controlling the mirror spacing within the confocal Fabry-Perot (F-P) cavity. The driver's front panel features an LCD touchscreen interface for convenient adjustment of output parameters. The scan zoom function allows users to change the scanning voltage output frequency across 11 levels, such as 1x, 2x, 4x, etc., to enhance spectral resolution. The controller also includes a TTL level trigger to enable users to use an external trigger oscilloscope. Additionally, this product incorporates a 4-level adjustable high-precision photodetector amplification circuit for monitoring cavity transmission.
