LBTEK offers a high-precision motorized spatial light adjustable delay line, which consists of a servo linear motor stage, a servo controller, a high-power retroreflector, and a movable reflective assembly. All four reflective surfaces within the device are coated with high-reflectivity films, achieving a single-surface reflectivity of up to 99% at a 45° angle of incidence. Travel parameters can be set via proprietary software to achieve precise travel adjustments. By passing through the spatially modulated optical delay line system, the beam allows arbitrary adjustment of both the optical delay amount and the spot size. The beam enters the optical reflection system through the entrance pupil aperture, undergoes low-dispersion optical path delay via a right-angle prism reflector and two circular ultrafast high-reflectivity mirrors arranged in a 90° V-configuration, and finally exits through the exit pupil aperture to ensure optical path collimation and reliability. The LBTEK high-precision motorized spatial light adjustable delay line can achieve sub-femtosecond precision delays, with a minimum displacement of 100 nm (corresponding to a delay time of 0.667 fs). The stage offers a minimum repeatability of ±0.25 μm and a maximum speed of 500 mm/s. It can be used in applications such as autocorrelation, cross-correlation and optical sampling, pulse synchronization, interferometric sensors, and wavelength meters.

By setting the optical path parameters through self-developed software, precise changes in optical path length are achieved. The LBTEK high-precision motorized spatial light adjustable delay line can achieve sub-femtosecond accuracy, with a minimum displacement of 100 nm (corresponding to a delay time of 0.667 fs). The displacement stage offers a minimum repeatability of ±0.25 μm and a maximum speed of 500 mm/s. The motor-controlled mirror assembly is available in travel ranges of 100 mm and 220 mm, providing delay ranges of 0–667 ps and 0–1467 ps, respectively. The motorized displacement stage features M6 threaded holes, supporting various installation and integration methods. It also supports two optional working wavelength ranges: 460 nm – 590 nm and 710 nm – 900 nm.
